I am allergic to cats, so I am only available for dog bookings. She kept my house completely spotless, left the kindest note, and even had calming music and a dog channel playing on the TV when I arrived home so the dogs were comfortable and relaxed. About: I have been taking care of pets almost my whole life. I have watched as little as a kitten to as big as a 120lb dog. I don’t currently have a job so I am almost always available. About: Hi! I’ve fostered both dogs and cats throughout all four years of college, including caring for sick pets and administering medications when needed. Animals have always been a huge part of my life—so much so that my family genuinely thought I would grow up to be a veterinarian. I’m currently a medical student and spend most of my time at home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, supervision, and care. I treat every animal as if they were my own and truly love providing a safe, calm, and affectionate environment for them. My partner Matthew is occasionally around and helps lend an extra hand, but I am always the primary caregiver responsible for your pet’s care. I have a flexible schedule and spend much of my time at home studying, which allows me to provide consistent care, walks, and attention throughout the day. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening routines, and I keep my schedule light when I’m caring for a pet to make sure they feel comfortable and well looked after. I live in a cozy, clean apartment in a very walkable area near the DIA. My building is extremely pet-friendly and even offers dog treats in the lobby. I provide a calm, safe environment and give each pet plenty of attention, affection, and supervision. I follow owners’ routines closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care needs, so your pet feels comfortable and at home.

I am also very active and am used to walking my 50lb pitbull who knows how to pull😂 I am currently a full-time student who works a part-time job! I have a cat who I love and care for, as well as my mother’s dog and numerous family friends who I enjoy pet-sitting for. I am very active so walks are always fun, and I can watch pets overnight as needed! I am in an apartment right now, so dogs would transparently be difficult to board, but in a clients home I have historically done very well! I work 7 hour days 4 days a week currently, which can be adjusted as needed for clients and their pets comfort. I am also very good at following instruction and caring for animals- I used to work at a pet store!

She is very good at giving Ellie all of her different medications and taking her out for several walks during the day, she pays attention to exactly how Ellie is feeling and adjusts her care accordingly. She has great advice on healthy snacks for Ellie and non toxic skin care. She truly cares for our dog and we are grateful to know she is in good hands while we are away! Randi is also great with communication, even if I don’t always respond, she still sends me lots of pictures and updates so I know what’s going on. Thank you Randi!!!”

About: Hi, we're both animal lovers who grew up with great pups! Theresa grew up with golden retrievers (Magellan and Rowan) and A.K. grew up with an Old English Sheepdog (Seymour). We both have experience with dogs from puppy to senior. Growing up, A.K. also dogsat for multiple families in his neighborhood. Theresa is a runner and would love to (with your permission) take your dog for a fun walk, jog, or adventure to the dog park. If your pup is more of a couch potato, A.K. will be their best friend. Our friends and family have lots of dogs so we're comfortable and familiar interacting with various breeds of dogs (Pugs, Poodles, Shiba Inus, German Shepherds, Bernedoodles just to name a few). **We require a 2 night minimum for bookings besides for repeat clients** We both have some flexibility to work from home and are organized, diligent, and honest. Due to the nature of our careers and just having built a house we know how key customer service, safety, and communication are and we're always available by phone, email, text, app, etc. Our home is close to Midtown and Downtown Detroit and we designed it with our future dog(s) in mind! We have a dog wash in our mud room, a fenced in back/side yard, and a dedicated lit, sleeping/crate space on the 1st floor under the stairs (kinda like Harry Potter!) Our home has central air and all flooring is tile so any fluffy dogs will stay cool during the warmer months.

My husband and I just moved to MI and I was literally losing sleep over who would watch my fur baby when we went to visit our family for the holidays. Casie came in to save the day! Not only was so patient while my dog did her best to show how tough she is, she somehow managed to win her over! She even took the time to come over the day before to take her on a walk and reintroduce herself. Once on vacation I was sent updates regularly and you could tell how comfortable my dog was. About: I have grown up with animals all of my life. With busy working parents, I was often the one doing most of the animal care. I grew up with 2 large German Shepherds and 2 cats, so I am familiar with handling large breeds and taking care of multiple animals at once. I am a huge animal lover and have always been a natural pet caregiver. The well-being of animals is my top priority. I am currently working full-time; however, I work from home once a week and can be flexible on which day that is. I am also completely available on the weekends.
