Theresa and Adrian B. were absolutely phenomenal. They stepped in on very short notice to watch our dogs and went above and beyond to make sure they felt safe, comfortable, and loved the entire time. What impressed me most was that they stayed with them throughout the day, kept them engaged, and made sure they had plenty of fun. When I say Heather is phenomenal— I mean it. I can go anywhere in the world knowing my boy is cared for and that he gets to do all the things he loves. Jessica did a wonderful job taking care of our two cats. I was worried about my male cat taking his medication from someone else because he is so skittish of new people. Jessica got him comfortable right away so he did not miss a dose. She followed instructions for their care very well and was very communicative with us. She also sent lots of picture updates, which we appreciated so much! We would 100% hire her again.
Eric took excellent care of Koda while we were away on vacation for seven days. He was very communicative, respectful and followed Koda’s care instructions very carefully. He sent regular updates and confirmed time of arrival and departure which also made me feel at ease while we were in the midst of traveling. He also took good care of our house, leaving it super clean, if not cleaner than how we left it. When we arrived back home, Koda seemed very comfortable and content. I would absolutely book with him again and recommend him to anyone else looking for a trustworthy sitter. Plus Koda was happy to make a new friend :) thanks again, Eric!

Olivia was great! One of my pets is extremely anxious but she still took care of him and he seemed to warm up to her. We had sick pets and she took care of them. I was a little worried bc as much as I love my pets, I know they are not easy to take care of so the fact that Olivia and my babies got along tells me how great she is.
