Noria is incredibly kind, smart, professional, loves dogs and has a gentle/loving way in interacting with my Kobe. She has been truly a blessing to find! My family and I are assured that when we leave Kobe for an overnight with Noria that he is being cared for as if he is part of her family. Kobe can be an anxious dog and slow to warm up to people. She has a patient and playful disposition. From the first time he met her he was happy, calm and it was evident that he felt secure in her care. The medication and feeding instructions have always been followed and understood. We appreciate the photos she sends and the updates as to how he is doing. Noria is a genuine individual who has been a complete joy for our family to work with. We are so happy that she has been caring for Kobe. Once again, our pooch Mingo had a wonderful stay with Steven, this time for two weeks. He was very accomodating when we suddenly had to extend our booking. We were so grateful. Their house has a big fenced backyard where the dogs run and play; the videos Steven sent showed how much fun Mingo was having. We are so glad to have found Steven!
Joanna and Bart were amazing with our pup Ozzy! Our sitter canceled last minute and they were able to watch Ozzy on short notice, and accomodate his high energy personality.
