About: I'm a very caring animal lover and have been house and dog sitting for years. I've had my dog since she was a puppy so I have the experience to care for dogs of all ages. About: I am an active individual with over 10 years of experience caring for other people’s pets! I have a small 11.5 year old Yorkie who loves other dogs and invites them happily into our home. We also have a mixed breed dog who is about 1.5 years old. She is a big ball of energy and love! We have a lot of experience with providing senior dogs with a comfortable and extra loving home. I have puppy experience as well! We live on a beautiful property with 4 acres of land. While our yard is not fenced, we sit back from the road and I have taken my friend's dogs out on leash in our yard with no problems. It's a big yard with lots of exploring opportunities. I also enjoy taking dogs for walks at the preserve in our town! My husband and I take care of our Yorkie daily. On the days I have provided availability, I am home for the day/night. This allows me the time to care for another dog with our Yorkie. In the summertime, I plan to have weekday availability as I am a teacher and will be on summer break. I have a beautiful piece of property that while not fenced, sits back from the road and is great for a good walk through the grass on leash. About: When I’m not at work, I spend most of my time with our 9 year old rescue dog Cooper, or spending time going on walks as a family. In my spare time, I’ve had the pleasure of fostering 7 rescue dogs in our home until they all were matched with a loving family and their forever homes❤️. “Jim provided excellent care for my pup. I really appreciated his availability when my previous boarding arrangements fell through at the last minute. My pup is a finicky eater and Jim kept me up to date on her feeding habits and asked permission to add tempting meat to her food to entice her. She loves to run at full speed, so his fenced property was ideal. Jim also communicated with me as well as provided plenty of photos during her stay and a video of her socializing at playtime.
