“DARLENE IS AMAZING!! This was barry’s first time boarding and we were pretty nervous & he was too especially the first night or so but by the end, I’m pretty sure he didn’t even want to go home lol. They treated him like he was apart of their family. Her daughters were super sweet to him. She’s super flexible, she even had a meet and greet w us prior to assure us everything. She also gave him a bath before we picked him up. I love how she would check in with me throughout the day and my favorite: she would send picture updates!! Darlene really cares for the dogs. Jacklin was fantastic! She kept in touch throughout our trip with daily updates, which meant so much since I was nervous about leaving Ty for the first time.
