“I was really pleased with Ty and Charlie. Their setup worked extremely well for our very Velcro-needy guy. I was initially a little hesitant about having two people watching him, simply because we’d never had a couple before, but if you’re on the fence like I was, don’t pass them up — it worked perfectly for us. They arrived on time for both the meet-and-greet and the sitting job, and they checked in to confirm the times I had listed before coming and when they were scheduled to leave. Our guy is very routine-oriented, and they followed my detailed instructions (yes, I’m that parent!) to a tee — including giving his meds on time, which was huge for us since some past sitters have struggled with that. I truly couldn’t have asked for better sitters; they’re probably my favorite so far. I’ll absolutely continue to use them and am already working to see if they’re available to sit for us again. “Michael was AWESOME! Because of some behavior issues with our dogs, boarding them wasn't an option. This was our first vacation since COVID so our dogs had never been left alone. As you can imagine, we were nervous to find someone whom we trusted with our precious dogs. We had no reason to worry. Michael took the time to meet with us and our dogs before our trip. We reviewed routines and familiarized him to our home. During our vacation he kept in contact with us by messaging questions and updates with pictures. About: I’ve taken care of so many dogs since i was 12. I use to work for pet care and got cpr training from there too. Im always active, i love walking, lifting, and being on the move for work. We had a great experience with Skyler and highly recommend her services. From the initial contact, Skyler was responsive and prompt. While we were gone, we received daily updates and lots of pictures and it was obvious our pets (2 dogs, 3 bunnies and a fish) were getting a lot of love and attention. At one point during the trip, I realized we forgot to put a vacation feeder in the fish tank and I reached out to Skyler who not only fed the fish, but sent us a video to assure us he was alive and well. The next time we need someone to watch Ruby, Lucy, Peaches, Penny, Arnold, & Todd, we will definitely reach out to Skyler.
