She is extremely communicative, always on time, and takes care of our babies like they are her own. After our first week with Dawn as our sitter we couldn't book her again fast enough! This was a huge relief because we were really worried that we would struggle to find care for our pets. She was fantastic, sharing lots of picture each time she visited and was so good with the animals that our extremely shy cat (who normally hides from everyone) came out and sat on her lap! By that, I mean that a large part of my my time spent with her (particularly in public) is awkwardly standing while she pets every dog she sees. She's an aggressive dog lover in the best of ways and treats dogs like their her best friends - is my jealously showing? She's kind, compassionate, and truly responsible so you really can't go wrong with her as a caregiver or even as a human.”

“Caitlin is an absolute treasure, and we feel so lucky to have discovered her on Rover! She is clearly a pet whisperer, and I have a hunch would get along swimmingly with any pet she encounters. She seemed to genuinely delight in our two senior kitties and sent fabulous photos and updates for each visit. One of our cats was recently diagnosed with cancer, and she was very comfortable caring for a sick kitty, gently encouraging him to eat, and administering meds (something I’m not good at!). She provided great palliative care to our sick cat and gave our other kitty lots of love, too—she even brought a brush to give them both nice grooming time. We came home to such a kind, caring note from her as well. We'd be delighted to book Caitlin for kitty care any time we’re out of town--and we know we'd be leaving our cats in great hands.
