Pet care experience

🦮Fur, Feathers, Skin or Scales🐍

I’ve been rescuing and working with animals since I was in my early teens. I’ve fostered many litters of kittens, rescued dogs and wildlife. My original dream was to be a vet but instead I’ve continued to care for animals while working for a medical technology company. I currently have a German Sheppard, 3 cats and a lovebird. In the past I’ve had gerbils, a ball python, fish, chickens and many rescue cats and dogs. I love them all so much and would have more if I had the space. -Which is why I’d love to be a part of your babies lives.

During the day, my animals are great company to me. On nice days I will work outside on the deck while Ellie and my kitties sunbathe. I would be happy to do the same with your babies.

Erica would be an excellent pet sitter. She has loved animals since she was a tiny girl. She once told me that she wasn’t going to have babies, she was going to have puppies. She has always had pets, dogs, cars, fish, gerbils, frogs, turtles and would have had a lot more if the opportunity came about. She moved to Waynesboro, VA and lived in housing that The Virginia Wildlife Center provided for volunteers and worked with all kinds of rescued wildlife. She volunteered at a horse farm. She worked during high school at the local vet and did her internship there for college. She worked for a vets office when she moved to Durham NC. She is absolutely wonderful with animals. You can be assured that your pet will be in good hands with her. Rhonda Golden Mother

I’ve know Erica for almost 15 years. She’s an animal lover to her core. I’ve trusted her with my babies Riley and Rosie for 10 years when I’ve gone on vacations for one and two weeks at a time. She’s always taken the best care of them, gives them all the attention and love. She always sends pictures and updates so I know they’re happy.

Erica is an avid, compassionate and trustworthy pet owner. She is consistent with her dog (Ellie) - walking her daily, playing fetch and keeping her on a healthy diet. Erica has trained dogs / cats (even chickens!) her entire adult life - potty training, boundaries, safety and tricks! She has fostered multiple pets over the years as well, successfully training / caring for them (like they're her own!) and rehoming them into nurturing and responsible families. All of her experience and patience shows the way she cares for every pet she watches.
