Hi there! 👋 I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of hands-on experience working with a wide range of animals—from dogs & cats to dolphins & elephants (yes, really!). I’ve spent most of my career in high-energy, professional animal care settings, but these days I’m embracing a more low-key lifestyle and focusing on what I love most: giving animals the personal attention and care they deserve. I’m happy to work with any furry friends, but I specialize in animals that are more difficult to handle—whether they’re shy, reactive, high-energy, or need extra patience and support. With years of hands-on experience with many different species, I’m confident in my ability to manage a wide range of behaviors and needs. I bring a calm, steady presence that helps pets feel safe and understood, and I focus on keeping their environment low-stress and consistent with their routine. If you’re looking for someone with a professional background, and a genuine passion for animals, I’d love to meet you and your furry (or not-so-furry) family member!

Julia was such a great fit for our French Bulldog, Marseille. She was playful and attentive and sent plenty of photos with updates. She was also flexible when I needed to extend our booking last-minute. Our dog enjoyed playing with the other pets in Julia’s care. I highly recommend. We will be rebooking.

Schedule
I have a flexible but consistent work schedule, which makes it easy for me to fit in care visits throughout the week. Since I already spend most of my time around animals, being with your pets will be a natural part of my day! I’m happy to work out a schedule that fits your pet’s needs and keeps things running smoothly for everyone.

I love to play one-on-one with pups outside and for extra high energy dogs I’ll let them run as I bike or one-wheel with them!
