I enjoy taking dogs on various routes so they get to experience different sights and smells! Playing brain-games with treats is a favorite fun activity. Putting treats in a paper towel tube, in a snuffle mat, or in egg carton cubbies covered with tennis balls. For cats, it all depends on their preferences!

I took a break from Rover sitting but am back, bringing years of experience caring for cats and dogs of all ages! I cared for my little man (my cat, Pico) for 13 years and my wiggly girl (my dog, Pepper) for 6 years now. I love all types of pets, often caring for my friends' and family's pets, and enjoy fostering from the SPCA when I'm able. For pets with medication needs, I have experience administering medications and fluids, including by needle, on their ear, and orally as liquid or pill. I'm a big cat lover and recently lost my little man (Pico) so have lots of cat love to give! Your cat will get lots of play, lap time, pets and scratches, and any other activity they enjoy. Even if it's laying in a sun puddle while I ogle over their cuteness! I went through thorough training with Pepper and would be glad to help with any training you're working on with your pup (or kitty!) during our time together. It's also important that your pet has consistency in any rules or schedules, which I'm happy to oblige.

Kay was super easy to work with! She was very communicative and all seemed well with my cats after her drop-in visits. I would definitely book with Kay again!

Kay is awesome! She did a great job looking after our dog, and she provided plenty of detail and photos in the Rover reports so we knew how Sushi was doing. She was very receptive to Sushi's body language and adapted to make sure Sushi was under the least stress possible. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Kay did a wonderful job caring for my cat by giving him medication and playing with him. I got detailed reports on the visits including great photos. I could tell that he was having a great time. It’s clear that Kay is excellent with cats, conscience of their needs and personalities, and willing to ensure continuity in routine.
