About: Hey , I am now just coming back to rover after 11 years ago when I first started my account. I have watched many of my friends pets in the past years. I still love doing so. I now live in Richmond and I am in nursing school currently. I would love to use my free time from studying / working. Making some extra money and making new friends potentially! I have a pretty flexible schedule. I have 2 jobs currently but every weekend I am able to baby sit, board, and ect. If I’m available on the week days I can communicate that I care for pets the same as I care for my dogs. I don’t have them living with me for the next two years while I’m in Richmond. But I take my babies everywhere with me parks, beaches, and stores ( if allowed )
About: Over the years I’ve taken care of many friends, family & neighbor’s pets. From quick check-ins or out for a walk or run in the dog park to caring for the animal overnight at my house or the owners house. Ive taken care of senior dogs, dogs who’ve needed insulin injections, high energy dogs & anxious dogs. I’m a nurse who works 3 twelve hour shifts in a hospital. I typically have a few consecutive days off in a row that range from weekdays to weekends. I have met with the owner and their pet to go over their typical routine, do’s & don’ts and any unique behaviors or triggers the animal might have. I’ve sent updates, pictures and videos to the owner while caring for their pet.

Abby did an incredible job with our two kitties! They can be a bit anxious but Abby made sure to spend ample time with them to make them feel comfortable while we were away. She was also able to give them daily medications without issue! Would highly recommend Abby and will definitely be booking with her again in the future!
Brenna did an amazing job of checking in on my cat T. Rex while I was out of town! She was a great communicator and super flexible with my traveling times. I would 100% recommend her to other pet owners and am sure I will reach back out next time I need a drop-in again!!
Kaleb saved the day by sitting our kitty pretty last-minute! He was really communicative and put our minds (and hers) at ease even though she was a bit anxious and in a new home. We definitely appreciated the time and care he took with her along with all the photos and updates.
