“Myrna was fantastic. She has a pool for all the doggies. She sent photos and communited throughout Starbuck's stay. Starbuck had such a great time that when we picked her up she didn't want to leave. We will definitely be using Myrna again!”

About: Hi! I’m Taylor — a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pups of all ages and personalities. I had my own dog for almost 16 wonderful years, and she was truly a beloved part of my life. After she passed, I began fostering because I couldn’t imagine life without dogs. I’ve now fostered several dogs, each with their own needs, quirks, and snuggle preferences. I’m patient, attentive, and love helping dogs feel safe, loved, and comfortable — whether that means giving extra cuddles, creating calm routines, or simply being a reassuring presence. I’m also a very active person, so if your dog enjoys long walks or even going for runs, I’m happy to match their energy. High-energy pups are always welcome! My goal is to make your dog feel at home and give you complete peace of mind while you’re away. I’d love to meet your furry family member and care for them like my own. I work 100% remote so spend the majority of my day at home and would be with your furry friend. I am able to easily bake in walks and playtime during my workday to ensure they get the attention and exercise they need! We have a nice porch and a fenced in yard for your pup to enjoy time outside without worry. We also have a crate here for up to 70 lbs dog and can safely crate your pet to ensure they are comfortable and safe if left alone.
“Matt is amazing !! I moved to Richmond for work for 13 weeks and he has made my life easier taking care of my 1 year old puppy, Paige. His dog, Cooper is super super sweet. And Paige comes home exhausted from all the fun she has had ! Very grateful for Matt’s help”

“Despite the late request, Ross answered very quickly and was able to arrange a brief meeting the same night for Murdoch and his dog to meet. The day after, we left Murdoch with Ross and Ava and everything went monthly with a few pictures of Murdoch's day. I recommend Ross and Ava !”

About: I have owned and taken care of dogs, cats, and other pets for many years now. I thoroughly enjoy their company, and they seem to enjoy mine as well. I am very energetic and love spending time outside. As a carer for dogs, I believe strongly that they should get a ton of out door exercise. If you choose me as a care provider, you can be assured that they will be very active during their time with me, and location and temperament permitting, will have plenty of fresh air and green space to enjoy. In addition to loving on pets professionally, I work remotely from home as a grant writer. I make my own schedule, and can easily make time to get some fresh air. I live very close to Forest Hill Park, and spend lots of time there and the Buttermilk trail with and without dogs to walk. If you live elsewhere, I'll be exploring the green spaces near you with your dogs, and treating your personal space like the guest I am.

About: I bring over 10 years of dog care experience and 5+ years managing a stable multi-dog group. I carefully watch body language, work to prevent issues early, and keep feeding routines steady so each dog feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I’m comfortable working with multi-dog households, different energy levels, and group dynamics. My focus is creating a safe, structured, and positive environment where dogs can socialize, play, and settle comfortably. Pet care is part of my daily life. I’m home throughout the day and organize my schedule around the dogs in my care so they receive consistent supervision, play, and individual attention. I have a fenced backyard and fenced front yard, giving dogs safe space to move, explore, and play. Inside, I provide a dedicated dog room and crates for dogs of all sizes, creating a comfortable and secure place to rest when needed. Dogs are thoughtfully grouped by temperament, with attention to proper rest rotation and consistent feeding routines to support balance and comfort. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I focus on safety, supervision, and each dog’s individual needs. I follow established routines closely, maintain a steady and secure environment, and make sure every dog feels comfortable, cared for, and at ease.
“Ariel was absolutely wonderful taking care of Georgie all day! Her own dogs were sweet and well behaved, and Georgie adored being a member of the pack, and playing with her daughter. My absolute highest recommendation!!”

Im currently a college student so I am available part time! I have the most availability in the early morning and late afternoon. My availability is very flexible As someone who has animals at home and works in a professional caretaking job, I am able to handle many different environments and situations. I typically take a calm approach to taking care of animals. I always make sure the pet is comfortable with me. I am also very attentive and observant towards the pets behavior.
About: I have owned dogs for the past 14 years, but have lived with and cared for them my entire life. I have reared a litter of puppies, raised several puppies to adulthood myself, and taken care of senior dogs up to the end of life. I have lived with dogs raising from 10 to 70lbs, and have fostered several dogs, including several with medication requirements and mobility issues. I enjoy casual dog training for fun, particularly with the use of hand signals, and hope to pursue certification one day. I work childcare in a family residence part time for a few hours a few days a week. I have had plenty of time and energy to take in fosters and care for friends' pets, and have someone at home to care for my own pets should I be needed for overnight care. My own pets have been well-trained (including professionally, in the case of my dog) and are very well-loved. Their happiness and health are some of my biggest priorities in life, and I will always extend this to other animals as well. I prefer to keep to any schedule they may be used to, to give them their space when needed, while still giving them all the attention and love they could want when they need it. Consistently administering medications for animals who need them is incredibly important to me, as is appropriate feeding.
About: I’ve been caring for my own dogs and cats—as well as my neighbors’ pets—since childhood. I have always had one or more rescue dogs and am currently in the process of becoming a certified dog trainer. I am naturally conscientious and detail-oriented, and aim to provide a retreat-like stay for your dog—giving you peace of mind and returning them to you happy and tired! I have several sizes of pet beds, dog stairs and ramp, a crate, bowls including an automatic water dispenser and slow feeders, toys, bones, treats, games, etc; the only thing you will need to bring is your dog’s food but I am happy to take any other items that may make your dog more comfortable; please let me know if your dog should stick to food/treats you provide. I work from home, which allows me to easily coordinate feedings, walks, playtime, and any necessary medications. I also prefer to spend most of my time at home, so your dog will receive lots of dedicated attention and love! I truly enjoy getting to know each dog as an individual and providing an environment and activities best suited to their particular needs and personality. I have a large yard that’s securely fenced in both the front and back, giving your dog plenty of safe space to roam and play. When I’m home, I often leave the back door open so dogs can come and go as they please. I value clear communication and will provide consistent updates. I understand the trust involved in allowing someone else to care for a beloved pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. I will treat both your pet and your home with the utmost care and respect. I am able to board several dogs at a time but meet all dogs beforehand and don’t accept more than 1 new guest at a time. If you prefer your dog to be the only guest please let me know and I am happy to accommodate if I have no prior bookings. I am not able to take dogs that are not fully house trained or mark inside the home. I always feed separately as a precaution.
“Great pet sitter! Natalie was prompt in responding and sent regular updates throughout the visit. My dog seems to have had a great time. Definitely recommend this sitter.”

About: Hi there! My name is Gaby and my partner’s name is Sawyer and if you’re looking for someone to love your baby(ies) and treat them like their own - you’ve found the right people! We have both grown up surrounded by pets our whole lives, are currently proud dog parents to two boys, and have yet to come across a pet we aren’t obsessed with. We know how stressful it can be to trust someone with your fur baby so we try to ease any concerns as best we can with constant communication including updates and pictures so you never feel like your pet is too far! 🥰 My partner and I have both taken care of dogs of all kinds, from senior dogs to raising 3+ litters - we’ve seen it all and we’re not worried about getting our paws dirty. Our background with dogs means we are both comfortable administering medication and caring for any special needs. We’ve dealt with gentle giants, high energy pups, cranky senior dogs, and more. On top of that, we have a fenced in backyard for our furry guests to roam around in! I work from home every day so I will be with your pet all day, keeping them constant company! Aside from having the fenced in backyard which they will have access to, we go on at least two walks a day, sometimes a third in the afternoon depending on the heat. I have a fenced in backyard and two friendly dogs to keep your furry friend company. We have separate floors and rooms so we have more than enough space for crates and to keep dogs separate if needed! We are big snugglers though!!
“Royal and Chelle are seriously amazing! Remi had such a great time and once we got home, he slept the best he has in months. They will play with your animal all day long and give them the best day ever! ❤️ can’t wait to bring our pup back again. Thank you both for everything! Gave me such peace of mind knowing he was in great hands while we went to work.”

Hillside Court dog parents share their Rover experiences
I had concerns about low fencing which wasn’t a problem. Stacey was able to get a long tie out cable where Mase was able to roam and explore her large yard. She was responsive and sent updates and pictures! Stacey will definitely be seeing Mase again in the near future!

Lydie was absolutely amazing. Lydie's warm, engaging personality and her deep knowledge of dogs made for a wonderful stay. Betty's pictures told the story, she enjoyed her time completely. Everything went perfectly and Lydie accommodated our schedule. Thank you again.
