About: I have owned and taken care of dogs, cats, and other pets for many years now. I thoroughly enjoy their company, and they seem to enjoy mine as well. I am very energetic and love spending time outside. As a carer for dogs, I believe strongly that they should get a ton of out door exercise. If you choose me as a care provider, you can be assured that they will be very active during their time with me, and location and temperament permitting, will have plenty of fresh air and green space to enjoy. In addition to loving on pets professionally, I work remotely from home as a grant writer. I make my own schedule, and can easily make time to get some fresh air. I live very close to Forest Hill Park, and spend lots of time there and the Buttermilk trail with and without dogs to walk. If you live elsewhere, I'll be exploring the green spaces near you with your dogs, and treating your personal space like the guest I am.

About: Lifetime lover of furry animal friends - adopting my puggle and in turn, her puppy sister/bff the Norfolk Terrier were easily the two best decisions I ever made. You can rest assured that your doggies are safe, comfortable and pawtying down with me by their side. My girls have warm blankets waiting in the dryer when we come in from cold walks. About: I love animals I’ve had pets from fish, turtles, rats to of course a dogs. They always enjoyed their little lives. I made sure to give them the care they should have! I’m at home a lot through out the day, because my work is split in 4 hour shifts, and I’m off a lot I can be home often to care for them and give them lots of attention! I care for my and all pets by giving them lots of affection and attention. I often like playing with them especially games like fetch and tug of war. Games I play with my pitbull.

About: For the past 5 years, I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for family and friends, caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. Growing up surrounded by animals, I developed a natural instinct for their needs and a deep love for every wagging tail and wet nose. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or cozy cuddles, I treat every pup like a part of the family. I get off work around 4pm and have a few hours every night. I am usually available on the weekends to provide care for your pets! I am always very conscious of keeping pets indoors and leashed. Keeping your pet safe and out of harms way is my #1 priority. I will also make sure your pet is healthy and happy!

About: My daughter and I have been doing Rover together for years. This summer, she is home from school at UVA and excited to help out with additional tasks like dog walking and house sitting! We have both had dogs our entire lives, all sizes and life stages. We began Rover in 2019 after losing our 10 yr old black lab to diabetes, looking to keep our home lively. We are both excited to meet your pets and help out! I work from home and will be with your best friend all day long. I am up early for my morning walk and would love the company of your dog! I live in a great dog friendly community, we have lots of great green space and multiple dog parks within walking distance! Would happily spend the day with your dog at the dog park if that is a good place for them.

About: I have had animals my entire life. I love taking care of them and filling their lives with lots of pets and love. I currently have 3 dogs, ranging in ages 1-12. I have experience with reactive dogs, puppies, cats, and senior dogs. Excited to take care of your fur baby I’m currently a student at Virginia Commonwealth University.
