“Easily the best dog sitter I’ve ever had! She’s so attentive to Nejis habits and needs. She cares for my dog like he’s her own, and I would recommend her to anyone! :)”

“Great experience! Our cat was happy, the house perfect and Alinda was so kind to help me out when I needed a little favor. If you are looking for someone she is a great choice. Next trip I’ll contact her again.”

“Stephani was fantastic! We were able to book on short notice over the holidays. She worked with our schedule. She not only checked in our our kitties everyday but she sent snaps to both my roommate and I on request so we could see our fur babies in real time. On top of that, she kept close tabs on one of our cats that started getting sick when we left. She even took him to the vet and gave him meds throughout the rest of the stay. She was friendly, trustworthy, flexible, and went above and beyond for our pets! I would 100% book again and recommend Stephani to others!”

“Shyanne is so incredible, and I couldn't be happier that I found her! She took amazing care of my girl and gave the cutest updates and pictures. My cat loved her check-ins, and I was able to travel worry-free knowing she was in good hands. She was diligent about checking each time on recent health concerns. I also came back from.my trip to find that Shyanne had also taken the trash out. She definitely knows what she's doing when watching our most loved family member.”

“I highly recommend Emily, she was great with our pit bull puppy Pearl! Pearl seemed happy and well taken care of. Emily is obviously not only a dog person, but an animal person; our two people shy cats even came out to see her. She will definitely be back to take care of Pearl.”

“Christin is so kind and helpful! She’s been amazing with my new puppy and even my incredibly shy 7 year old dog who usually takes a very long time to warm up to people! I can tell she genuinely cares and that’s invaluable to me.”

About: I love dogs and I know that most dogs are happiest with their families. I do everything I can to help guest pups integrate into our little dog pack and feel at home while their families are away. I’ve been dogsitting for quite some time now and have experienced all shapes and sizes. I love them all and enjoy getting to know their inner personalities and puzzling out what makes them content. We strive to have so much fun that the dogs are too tired to feel too sad. About our family/home: my wife and I both work from home and have flexibility to care for pups during the day. We have a fenced yard with a dog door and are close to the river, the foothills, a friendly dog park, and a quiet neighborhood for walking. River, 8, is a retriever mix who loves hikes in the foothills and the occasional game of chase or wrestle, but is pretty mellow at home. Theo, 1, is a golden retriever who loves all dogs and people. Both dogs have lot of experience playing with other dogs and hosting dogs in their home. We typically only take dogs from one household at a time unless we have indication that the dogs will get along well. We’ve also found that we all do best if a guest dog has a warmup period. Therefore, any dogs looking for a stay longer than 48 hours will be asked to do a trial run beforehand (a day of daycare or a night of boarding). This helps us ensure a peaceful and safe environment for all dogs and has the added benefit of helping a dog feel more comfortable when they return to a familiar place for their longer stay. Because we recently added a new puppy to our home, we are more selective than normal in which dogs we can board. Dogs with a history of aggression, excessive barking, or other behavior problems are not a good fit at this time. We do offer house-sitting on a limited basis. If you have a uniquely challenging dog or specific circumstances, reach out and we will see if we can make something work! We look forward to getting to know you and your dog. My partner and I both work from home, so we have a lot of flexibility. Dog needs come first in our home and we are happy to take work breaks to play or exercise. We have a fully fenced backyard with a dog-door. We live two blocks from a park that is great for fetch. Our neighborhood is great for walks.

About: Hi, we’re a family of 5 in the lower Highlands area. Sadly, we lost our family dog, Friday, last year. He was a high energy husky mix. We miss him! However, we aren’t ready to commit to adopting another dog just yet. We’d love to watch yours though! We are right across from Harrison hollow and we’re an active, outdoor family. We’ll take great care of your pooch! My husband and I both work from home & love to get out on walks during the day. We are both very active throughout the day. We have a back yard that is fenced in & room to run around in the back. We live close to walking trails and the foothills where we will take your dog on walks.

About: I was raised around pets my whole life. I currently love and care for my own two cats while assisting friends and family with their fur babies. I am comfortable walking, brushing, bathing, feeding, and cleaning up after dogs. I am a recent doctoral graduate and am hoping to fill some time caring for our four legged friends. I will be out of work for about two months, so I will be available most days and times unless I am out of town. I am clean, respectful, and safe especially in others’ homes. I will only enter areas of the home necessary for pet care and cleaning up after myself and pet if any messes are to be made!

“I am so glad that we found Holly to take care of our 2 dogs! We had to find a pet sitter with only 4 hours notice to do a meet and greet. Holly texted us back right away! She was so nice and kind during the meet and greet. and we booked her. She had the greatest communication with us during her 2 pet visits and sent us photos and videos while we were gone! She fed the dogs and talked to them like they were her own. We will be using her exclusively from now on! You can count on Holly to take care of your pets. I trust her completely! 10 stars out of 5 !!!”

“Brooke is fantastic! We have the most shy and timid kitty in the world and Brooke put forth her best effort to try to make her comfortable while we were away. She was communicative in every step, and we could rest easy knowing our kitty was in good hands. Will certainly rebook for any of our future travels!! Thank you Brooke!! ❤️”

About: I come from a household of animal lovers who always adopted and housed feral animals. From dogs to cats to birds. For fun, I’ve always looked after friend’s pets when they were away. I work a job that allows me a lot of free time and I figured what’s a better way to spend that time that to go walk a dog here and there for some nice companionship. I live in a pretty secluded area that’s fenced off. I’m also pretty good at making sure pets don’t run out of the house if that were to be a possibility.

“Elyse did awesome when I was in a last minute pinch and needed a drop in visit for my cat for two days. She was courteous and easy to work with getting to know my son’s cat for the first time and expectations at our home. Thank you!”

“Nicole was great with drop in visits with my cat. She sent pictures and updates every visit. She has a special love for all animals and I will definitely use her again!”

About: I have grown up with dogs and have created a passion of caring for all animals. Being around animals brings me happiness and joy. I want to build relationships with your pet(s) by making sure they get the exercise and care they need, providing a happy and loving environment for your pet and making sure each pet I take care of gets its own personalized care. Along with making it feel like the owner has never left is my goal when taking care of your pet. For each service I provide every dog will get a walk, endless love, fed on time and with any instructions given by you they will be followed very strictly. When providing care the pet is the number one priority. I am currently work Monday -Friday as an athletic trainer however, I make it a point to come home on my breaks to let the pet(s) out so they are not left for more than 4 hours. My work knows and respects that. When house sitting I make sure the animal is comfortable along with making sure the pet is well taken care of with lots of attention

About: Hi there, fellow dog lover! I’m Cynthia, and I’m so glad you stopped by... I live in the beautiful North End of Boise and have been pet sitting for years, caring for everything from high-energy pups to wise old senior dogs and plenty of cats, and occasionally horses, and small animals too! I grew up around Saint Bernards, so I’ve been wrangling big dogs since I could walk. Our house was kind of a magnet for animals in need....strays, rescues, you name it. We never turned them away and either kept them or helped find them forever homes with family and friends. That experience shaped how I care for animals today...patient, flexible, and with a lot of heart. I’m comfortable with pups of all ages and temperaments, whether they’re anxious zoomers or mellow seniors who just want a calm presence and some TLC. Whatever kind of care your best friend needs, I’m happy to help with drop-in visits, walks, meds, belly rubs, you name it. Also, please ask me anything if you can't find it in my profile! I'm happy to discuss extra services that you or your pet needs to feel loved, safe, and happy while you're away! I'm a hiker, mountain biker, and love long walks! I am recently retired early from the tech industry and now have time to give back to my community and neighbors! I'm available 7 days a week, and for overnights if needed and if the fit is right! Contact me anytime, and we can coordinate something that works, whether it's just hanging out with your pet or having a fun adventure! I've lived a lifetime with pets and rescued animals, so for me they are family. I treat all living things with respect, understanding, and care. I'm always thinking ahead of potential scenarios when planning any outings, making sure I'm prepared with extra leashes, treats, and/or a strong understanding of an area and what to expect.
