About: Hello! My name is Steven Willard and I love animals. I have always had pets growing up as a child and I've continued to have pets into adulthood. I enjoy learning and understanding all different types of animals from dogs, cats, reptiles, and small pets. My experience in pet care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends, and neighbors pets. My wife and I have 3 dogs, 2 old beagles (Ollie 12 years old and Henry 11 years old) and a 6 year old aussie/beagle mix named Kaylee. We walk them around our neighborhood on a regular basis and play with them in our yard. We have a 4 year old Siamese cat named Blitz and we recently had a bearded dragon who passed away. Having older dogs, I have had a lot of practice with giving dogs medication mostly in pill form. I've also had experience with puppies and kittens. I have a flexible schedule and will keep my calendar up to date with availability. I have a lot of weekend availability for walking and drop-ins. I am happy to walk and play with your pets. I have experience administering medication to older dogs and cats. I have a high attention to detail regarding my surroundings as I have runners that like to try and get out when the doors are open.

About: Friendly, calm, patient and prompt...this is what you can expect out of me when taking care of your pet. From dogs and cats to reptiles, fish, and birds, I have experience taking care of all of them! I also have experience with senior animal care and giving medicine. I have gardening experience as well and can offer basic plant care services. I do have responsibilities during the week that require advance planning when making a care schedule. On weekends, I have greater flexibility to accommodate most schedules. In my home, we treat our pets like members of our family. Their care and well-being is so important to us, especially while we are away. We have two adopted dogs that deal with separation anxiety. I know how about the stress it can cause for both you and your pet to be apart. When you have to be away, I am happy to provide the same loving care to your pet as I would want for my own.

About: I have previously worked within a doggy daycare, which deepened my understanding in many temperaments, as well as administering some types of medication! I have worked well with leashed walking, timed feeding schedules, and moving crate-trained pets to/from their crates when needed! Pet care is my passion, and I dedicate most of my time to caring for animals. I regularly watch the pets of friends and family, and dedicate lots of time for play, walks, and interaction time with pets! I regularly dedicate time to indoor and outdoor play for pets. I am happy to take extra time to hang out with your pet and make sure they’re happy before I leave!

Searching for a dog sitter for my 106 pound American bulldog Mallory, I was very nervous since I am new to the St. Louis area and didn’t know a lot of people. I found Lindsey out of the blue and never look back. There aren’t enough words to describe how great of a sitter Lindsey really is. But if I had to sum it up in just a few words I would say that Lindsey is attentive, intuitive, reliable, calm, kind, laid-back, no nonsense and confident. The best part about having Lindsey as a sitter, for me, is that she always checks in with me, sending updates about Mal. She does all of Mal’s favorite things, running around in the backyard, playing with sticks, and she’s even been able to bring her dog over for puppy play dates. She sends me pictures and videos of her time with Mal. She talks about how much she enjoys interacting with Mal. I’ve never once been scared, I’ve never once been worried to leave Mal. I know my dog is in safe hands; because a dog isn’t just a dog, it’s a family member and Lindsey has always treated Mal like a family member. I’m fortunate to have a pet that doesn’t require serious care; Mal only has finicky eating habits. But if Mal did require serious attention to detail in her care plan, I have no doubt that Lindsey would be able to handle it, and she would be able to handle it with flying colors. Lindsey is also very fair with pricing, something that’s very important to me. People want to pay fairly for the care they’re receiving. They don’t want to feel like the love they have for their pet, and/or the willingness to pay for top-of-the-line care is being taken advantage of. I can’t rave enough about how awesome Lindsey has been to Mal and I, and will continue to have her as a sitter for as long as she’ll let me! Thank you Lindsey, so grateful for you.”
