About: While I own a cat of my own, I also have experience with caring for cats during my time at CARE STL. After moving from the dog house to the adoption center, I was responsible for cleaning the cat rooms and kennels, feeding and refilling water bowls, and performing in-takes (vaccines, chipping, etc.) Along with dog-sitting, I have also taken care of cats from many families, including one for two weeks. About: I’ve lived with pets (cats and dogs) since I was born, and I’ve been caring for them my entire adult life. In my spare time I am a volunteer at a local animal shelter. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, large dogs, small dogs, chill dogs, energetic dogs, and everything in between. I am comfortable with training techniques and understanding animal body language and cues. I am a teacher by trade, so I am very organized, dependable, and patient. I have a very open summer. There are some camp drop offs and pick ups I need to account for this summer, but outside of that, the days are wide open. At my house I have a dog friendly medium sized dog. I have a six foot fenced yard. I also have the capability to keep pets on different floors or in different areas if they need space or privacy. I have cared for unsocialized senior dogs, puppies, high energy dogs and disabled dogs. About: I've taken care of dogs since I can remember because of having my own and then about 5 years ago I started pet sitting for others. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed and watch their pets while they are out of town. I have watched animals anywhere from little puppies to cats. I also currently have a job at a boarding facility so I am working with dogs all day long ranging from puppies to 120 pound dogs. I currently work part-time when I am home from school so I have plenty of time to take care of your pet! I am available to let the animal out in the mornings and then spend time with them when I get off work at 2:30. I have a very friendly fur baby myself. His name is Trooper who is 7 years old and is a golden doodle. I am very flexible from allowing your dog to stay at my house with me or doing house visits at your home with your dog.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and i have a new puppy myself. Family and friends have trusted me with their pets from check ins and walks to overnights. I love animals and have owned so many pets myself. I’m currently a student athlete and keeping active always. I live at school and i miss my fur babies back home and would love to show yours some love too! Becuase i’m a pet owner myself to a kitten and past animals i understand how important it is to have trust that your directions and care are met and exceeded when your animal is in another’s care; so trust and responsibility is something that i ensure so your pets safety and happiness is met!
