I usually have a friend petsit, who was unavailable at the time, so we planned for a my niece to house/pet sit who bailed on us a few days before! I was very stressed out trying to find someone last minute, and my husband was wary of having a stranger in the house, etc. Jules was extremely accommodating to our last-minute request for three drop in visits a day for our pets! Also, in meeting me the following morning after our initial communication for a meet and greet, even though it was short notice. She kindly went above and beyond to bring in our packages and to just check-in on our bunny and chickens, even though they had a good supply of food and water. Our dogs seemed very happy to have her for company, and seemed at ease when we checked in on them on their camera. I felt very at ease knowing our pets were in good hands, and absolutely would recommend her and use her again in the future! Thank you Jules!”

About: I have been a dog lover my entire life! I always had dogs growing up. I lived in Colombia most of my life and moved to the US 3 years ago. I am experiencing with different breeds. Growing up I had poodles, schnauzers, bulldogs, golden retrievers and Aussies. I personally don’t have a dog of my own but do live in my sister’s in-law apartment and she has 4 beautiful Aussies that I love like if they were my own. I care for them when my sister travels or whenever they want to come and hang out with me. Please note that I am still learning English but are able to speak basic commands in English to your dogs. My main language is Spanish. Hablo Español!!! I currently have a full-time job and work Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm in Clinton, CT. I am available any day during the week after 4pm or weekends anytime. I can care for your dog at your home or at my home. I currently live alone in an in-law apartment at my sister’s home. We do have a spacious fenced backyard that I can use to let your dog run around. I am a very honest and trustworthy person that will keep your dog safe.

About: Hello fellow animal lover! I have lived with, trained, and loved animals since I was a child. I have grown up with multiple dogs, cats, chickens, fish, hamsters, etc… and I would absolutely love to take care of yours! I am a warm, detail oriented, dedicated, and responsible problem solver. I’m also big on communication, updates, and taking pictures of your furry loved one. I take pride in making sure every animal has what they need (and plenty of pets)! Special needs and requests for care are always welcome. I have a lot of experience as many friends, family members, and coworkers have hired me to take care of their beloved pets. All animal inquiries are welcome :) I am currently working full time, with Mondays and Tuesdays off every week. Though my hours are very flexible and I am able to take breaks during the day to check in on your pet! I am happy to stay overnight with a pet, though I am also able to in multiple times a day if preferred. When taking care of a pet, my own or someone else's, they are one of my top priorities! I want to make sure they are the happiest and healthiest they can be, so I tend to go above and beyond when it comes to care. I try to pick the best food possible, make sure they are hydrated, get plenty of fresh air, play, and a few extra toys or outfits are always welcome! About: Since childhood, dogs have been an integral part of my life, starting with two Pomeranians, followed by an energetic Shiba Inu named Akira, and a loving lab mix German Shepherd named Stella. Over the years, I've gained extensive experience caring for these pets—whether through cuddling, playing, feeding, walks, or adventures. I've also spent time teaching them tricks and handling their grooming needs. Earlier this year, I began offering overnight and day sitting services, along with walks, for friends on Rover, and later extended my services to family and other referrals. I focus on building strong bonds and trust with the animals I care for, tailoring our time together to ensure it's both enjoyable and enriching. I've worked with dogs ranging from 4-month-old puppies to older dogs aged 13-14, and have experience with both a kitten and an adult cat. My approach is patient, compassionate, and dedicated to meeting the unique needs of every animal I care for. I'm a makeup artist who works both on location and from home. With a flexible schedule, I currently have plenty of free time to spend with your dog! **Dog Walking**: I tailor each walk to the dog’s individual energy level, adjusting the pace and distance to ensure they get the right amount of exercise. I also provide opportunities for exploration while keeping safety in mind, and I’m attentive to any health considerations or special preferences they may have. **Overnight Sitting**: When staying in a client’s home, I prioritize the pet’s comfort and security by sticking to their regular routine as much as possible. This includes consistent feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and providing companionship to ease any anxiety, particularly during the night. In everything I do, my primary goal is to build trust with each pet, providing them with a safe, loving environment where they feel cared for and valued—whether I’m working in my own home or in a client’s.

About: I have grown up around animals and have had both dogs and cats my whole life, as well as various types of small animals. I spent the last year working as an attendant at a Dog Daycare and Boarding center where I learned a lot more about caring for dogs in addition to my previous dog sitting experience. I have experience working with and handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels, specifically large dogs with lots of energy. I have a lot of patience for dogs who get anxious while their families are away and can help them feel as comfortable as possible. I rode horses for 10 years and For several years I worked leading pony rides and handling farm animals for a traveling petting zoo which has given me a well rounded understanding for taking care of animals in general. I am a college graduate and in college I would often take care of my friend’s animals when they were in class or away. At the moment I only have a cat and would love to get to spend more time with dogs again. I work in theatre as a prop and paint artist and a lot of jobs in the field are for a couple weeks at a time and are not always the most consistent. I have full availability on the weekends and have a very flexible schedule during the week, specifically in the morning and evenings but also can likely do mid day. I have helped my sister train her dog and can help continue any training and/or rules you have for your dog while walking and taking care of them. I can keep a close eye on them if they are likely to get into trouble or things they’re not supposed to. I will give your pets lot of love and attention while you’re away. I can also play with your dogs and help get their energy out during the day. My dog is very playful and I often have to run around with him in the yard and play with him in the house to help him calm down.
