Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. About: I have always loved dogs. I have one dog at the moment and dog sitting fulfills my need for a second dog. I recently lost my first dog, Peekaboo the Cockapoo, and have been heart broken ever since. I do have an amazing dog Moose (3y/o 40# all American brown dog mix) and I don’t want her to ever feel lonely so hosting dogs or going to walk other dogs has been a great way for her to get personalized one on one attention! I love my dogs so much they bring me so much joy we love to take walks around my beautiful neighborhood 3 to 4 times a day we have space to play and beds to lay on and take naps in the sun, we look forward to getting the chance to meet you all soon ! I work full-time from home with a digital marketing career. I am able to monitor my animals all day. Every day we go for 3 to 4 walks around my mile and a quarter neighborhood block. Rabbit Care 🐇 In addition to dogs and cats, I also offer care for rabbits and understand the importance of gentle handling, consistent routines, and a calm environment. Rabbit care can be booked under “cat”. I live close by, and i'm available on holidays, weekends, evenings, and early mornings during the week with a twenty four hour notice. I’m also available for emergency drop ins during the week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings, and anytime on the weekend. About: I have grown up around animals and have had both dogs and cats my whole life, as well as various types of small animals. I spent the last year working as an attendant at a Dog Daycare and Boarding center where I learned a lot more about caring for dogs in addition to my previous dog sitting experience. I have experience working with and handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels, specifically large dogs with lots of energy. About: I have been living with dogs for my entire life and, since moving to Connecticut 6 months ago, I have been missing these furry friends! I have had the pleasure of working with 2 older dogs who had various age-related health conditions until the end of their lives and, in the last 4 years, have been able to raise and train 2 (very playful and mischievous) puppies. I work 9-5 in North Haven, CT and am available for early morning care and anytime after 6 pm during the work week. I am usually free all weekend and enjoy going on early morning walks and hikes! I find that with each dog, their preferences tend to guide my behavior around them. I have always been around dogs and puppies who required a lot of exercise and have bountiful amounts of personality and energy, but I also know that many pets, especially around new people, may require more time to warm up and may need extra care and attention. About: Hi all! My name is Madison and I have many years of experience taking care of dogs and cats. I grew up with dog loving parents and we had two dogs I grew up with. They both crossed the rainbow bridge and it took years for us to recover. After 6 years without a dog, my mom adopted a German Shepherd who I often dog sit when my mom is away. I currently have my own 10 month old Corgi who is full of energy and two sweet cats. On my free time I also volunteer for Protectors of Animals and do the walking shift with the dogs in the shelter. I would love to provide you with the dedication and care that your animals deserve. I would love to do drop in visits or even a few dog walks when needed. Thank you and I hope to care for your animals soon! I am currently working at an elementary school full time as a paraprofessional and I am looking to take this on as part time on weekends or when school has breaks. In my own home, I care for my pets with such a loving manner. I never want any animal to feel like they are uncomfortable with me. If I needed to take things slow with a dog or cat I would love to meet them prior to the owner’s leaving for their vacation or work to see if this is a good fit.
About: I have been taking care of pets since I was born with my first Golden Retriever “Missy”. My family has had a wide variety of animals from dogs and cats, to hamsters and bunnies, all the way to horses. I am often called on by my fiends to pet sit as I am known as the friend with a surplus of pets. I currently have a small dog named Munchie with many different health problems such as anxiety and epilepsy which gives me experience in caring for dogs with specific needs. I also currently have a large dog who is a Shepard, Boxer mix named Leo who gives me experience in caring for large dogs and their active and rambunctious needs. Along with my two dogs I have four cats who give me experience in the joy of caring for cats. As a pet owner I know the struggle of finding a good and trustworthy pet sitter. That is why I want to be able to be that pet sitter that will allow you to enjoy your vacation or go to work with the peace of mind knowing your pet is being taken care of. I am currently a student at Marist College in Poughkeepsie. Due to my class schedule I have blocks of time in which I am not in class or doing homework that I would love to be able to fill with hanging out with dogs:) Due to the fact that I am a college student I do not have the home environment to be able to care for your dog at my house. But I will give them the love and attention they need during my drop-in visits with lots of pets, playtime, walks and treats!
