I can't say enough about Tatiana! My Chloe absolutely LOVES her & her family. Chloe is close to 14 yrs and not much excites her but she knows the way to Tatiana's and gets all excited and happy when I make the turn signaling we are headed that way. When I must temporarily board Chloe, I never have to worry about my pup with Tatiana. She is one in a million!
Deborah was wonderful with Watson during his first 12-day stay with her! She was incredibly communicative throughout, sending updates with photos that gave us peace of mind while we were traveling. Watson has some anxiety and can get nervous, and Deborah was patient and understanding with him, quickly figuring out his quirks and made him feel right at home. Despite the hot days for much of the stay, she made sure Watson still got plenty of exercise and stimulation with backyard play time and walks whenever the weather allowed. By the end of the trip he was clearly comfortable and thriving in her care. We'd absolutely book with Deborah again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who genuinely cares about their dog's wellbeing.
Monica and her family took care of Loki like he was their own pet. They paid attention to every little detail, kept us updated with frequent messages and photos, and made sure we always knew how he was doing. Jeanette was very responsive (texts, pictures and videos - everyday!), which was great for me as a frist-time Rover customer. She gave Pixel lots of cuddles and has a structured schedule for the pups. She gave me peace of mind by letting me tour the doggy area and backyard. Pixel will definitely stay with her again soon!
Joshua was amazing! I needed someone to dog sit my fur baby last minute, and he was able to accommodate me with no issues. Everything went smoothly, and I had absolutely no problems. He did a great job taking care of Sundae, and had good communications with us. Sundae is a senior dog, and has a lot of quirks to be dealt with, and Malik did a great job navigating them. She wound up being a little needy, and he stepped up... I'm thankful for his patience and caring! She returned to us happy and healthy, and that's all I could hope for! I would definitely book him again.
Emili was amazing! I was a little nervous leaving our clingy girl but Emili sent so many pictures of them having fun and snuggling. There was a bad storm while we were gone and she lost power. Through that she updated us on status and made sure our pups were comfortable and spoiled. Her dogs are also so sweet, and I think my pups had a vacation themselves!
Austin did a wonderful job taking care of Biscuit! He was very caring, and made sure Biscuit was comfortable and happy. We really appreciated the great service and regular updates. Juliana was amazing! She sent pictures and messages on how the dogs were doing. She was very communicative. Her house had everything the pups needed and I just needed to bring them and their food. She made us feel so very comfortable. Coco and Spike were happy when they arrived and departed. Never going back to broading company, nothing better than a pet lover caring for your pets!
