“I want to thank Jeanette for taking good care of Buster. He enjoyed himself so much, especially around other dogs that were his size, although he likes big dogs. Her dog care site was well organized and clean. All of the dogs had an open play area to just run, be free and play. One of the best out of the few I have booked with thus far. Timber LOVED having a big yard to play in. We had a great meet and greet and he enjoyed spending the day with his new friends. Daniel was great at communicating, being flexible, and took excellent care of my Shepherd. My boy came home with a huge smile and ready to nap! Will book again.
Sara was absolutely amazing!!!! I was so anxious about our first trip away from our sweet pup, but I felt immediately at ease with Sara! Our girl ran right to her at the meet and greet so we knew she was comfortable as well! Sara sent us daily updates on how she was doing, what they had done that day and lots of pictures/videos so we could see her and know she was having an absolute blast! Sara is very personable, kind, very laid back, flexible and clearly loves animals. Jeanette never disappoints. She is so loving toward Bailee. Bailee gets excited when she sees Jeanette. She provides plenty of pics and videos showing Bailee's activities during the days that she is with her. We trust that Bailee is in good hands and appreciate her very much.
I can't say enough about Tatiana! My Chloe absolutely LOVES her & her family. Chloe is close to 14 yrs and not much excites her but she knows the way to Tatiana's and gets all excited and happy when I make the turn signaling we are headed that way. When I must temporarily board Chloe, I never have to worry about my pup with Tatiana. She is one in a million!
He did a great job taking care of Sundae, and had good communications with us. Sundae is a senior dog, and has a lot of quirks to be dealt with, and Malik did a great job navigating them. She wound up being a little needy, and he stepped up... I'm thankful for his patience and caring! She returned to us happy and healthy, and that's all I could hope for! I would definitely book him again.
Yuanbo provided exceptional care for my dog during a week-long vacation. Finding someone trustworthy to look after a pet while away can be stressful, but Yuanbo immediately put those worries to rest. My dog can take time to warm up to new people, but Yuanbo was remarkably patient, giving him the space and gentle encouragement he needed to feel completely safe and comfortable. Juliana was amazing! She sent pictures and messages on how the dogs were doing. She was very communicative. Her house had everything the pups needed and I just needed to bring them and their food. She made us feel so very comfortable. Coco and Spike were happy when they arrived and departed. Never going back to broading company, nothing better than a pet lover caring for your pets!
