What really stood out is how mindful she was of Ivy’s temperament. Ivy can be apprehensive in new situations, and Tawni went out of her way to read her body language, respect her comfort zone, and make sure others gave her space. She even made sure Ivy was the only dog in her care, adjusting her schedule so my girl could feel completely safe. It’s rare to find someone so caring, attentive, and communicative. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and grew up caring for dogs, cats, birds, and more. I currently have a 6 year old boxer/pit mix that I’ve raised since he was a puppy, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet while you’re away. I also foster with the Humane Society occasionally, but I will update my calendar when I am boarding a foster. I genuinely love animals and will care for your pet as if they were my own! They will receive plenty of attention, patience, and affection. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel as comfortable and stress free as possible while you’re away! I currently work from home and only go into the office every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, so I’m available for boarding anytime and can do drop in or walks during my lunch or after work (or any time on the weekend). I have a super friendly dog that gets along with all animals, but I can keep them separated when needed as well if that would be best for your pet.
