“We would like to thank Dana so much for taking excellent care of our dog, Charlie. ♥️ We could not be happier with the care our dog received while we were out of town for the holidays. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent. We received frequent updates and tons of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She truly took our dog under her wing and treated him like her own, which meant the world to us. On top of that, when our flight was unexpectedly delayed an entire day, she was incredibly understanding and compassionate, and graciously kept him an extra night without hesitation. It’s clear that Dana genuinely loves and cares for the animals she watches. We are beyond grateful for her kindness, flexibility, and the exceptional care she provided. We would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, patient, loving, and communicative pet sitter. In fact, we will be using Dana exclusively in the future because of how deeply rooted our trust was built while we were away, and how truly special our dog Charlie bonded to his Auntie Dana.
