About: Hi! I'd love to care for your dog, cat, or other pet on weekends (visits, sitting, walks, or boarding in my own home). Sitting or boarding on weekdays would work for me as well. (I can take your dog on my runs with me if you would like!) I have had pets stay at my home overnight, and also have stayed overnight at their home, whichever you prefer is fine by me! I have been caring for other families' dogs for about 15 years now, and if you would like, I can provide you with some references. I also grew up with cats and dogs in our home. I work remotely, so I will be home for most of the day, and will be available to play with your pet, take them for walks, potty breaks/etc. throughout the day. I have one medium sized dog crate I can provide if you would prefer to leave yours at home! I also have food and water bowls. We do have our own dog (the dog in my profile photo), who is very friendly and gets along with other dogs, cats, and people. She is extremely sweet and spends most of the day napping. Hubs and I work from home, so we are actively spending time with your dog no matter what! We ask that your pet be housebroken. If they have a crate, we can add that to our routine, though our girls have full reign of the house. (It's their house, I just live in it.) For the safety of all involved, we require a meet and greet as it is our best way to vet how your dog will get along with ours. I do my best to walk the girls more than once a day. My spouse and I are attentive to the needs of our girls, and will treat your dog like one of our own. You can expect your dog to be loved on, with lots of fetch in the yard, snuggles on the couch, and homemade treats for all. We also both work from home so your dog will have human and canine company through their visit.
