Our initial meet-and-greet ended quickly because Kevin didn’t seem to get along with one of their dogs at first, but Monica’s son encouraged us to come back and give the dogs more time to get comfortable with each other. I can't say enough about Tatiana! My Chloe absolutely LOVES her & her family. Chloe is close to 14 yrs and not much excites her but she knows the way to Tatiana's and gets all excited and happy when I make the turn signaling we are headed that way. When I must temporarily board Chloe, I never have to worry about my pup with Tatiana. She is one in a million!
Monica and her family took care of Loki like he was their own pet. They paid attention to every little detail, kept us updated with frequent messages and photos, and made sure we always knew how he was doing. It gave us great peace of mind knowing Loki was in such safe and caring hands. We really appreciate how well they looked after him and would definitely recommend Monica!
Jeanette was very responsive (texts, pictures and videos - everyday!), which was great for me as a frist-time Rover customer. She gave Pixel lots of cuddles and has a structured schedule for the pups. She gave me peace of mind by letting me tour the doggy area and backyard. Pixel will definitely stay with her again soon!
He did a great job taking care of Sundae, and had good communications with us. Sundae is a senior dog, and has a lot of quirks to be dealt with, and Malik did a great job navigating them. She wound up being a little needy, and he stepped up... I'm thankful for his patience and caring! She returned to us happy and healthy, and that's all I could hope for! I would definitely book him again.
Emili was amazing! I was a little nervous leaving our clingy girl but Emili sent so many pictures of them having fun and snuggling. There was a bad storm while we were gone and she lost power. Through that she updated us on status and made sure our pups were comfortable and spoiled. Her dogs are also so sweet, and I think my pups had a vacation themselves!
Yuanbo provided exceptional care for my dog during a week-long vacation. Finding someone trustworthy to look after a pet while away can be stressful, but Yuanbo immediately put those worries to rest. His patience and genuine affection for animals stood out right from the start. My dog can take time to warm up to new people, but Yuanbo was remarkably patient, giving him the space and gentle encouragement he needed to feel completely safe and comfortable. Throughout the week, Yuanbo provided steady routine, consistent care, and regular updates that offered total peace of mind. If you are looking for a reliable, patient, and truly caring petsitter who treats your pet like their own, I cannot recommend Yuanbo highly enough. Juliana was amazing! She sent pictures and messages on how the dogs were doing. She was very communicative. Her house had everything the pups needed and I just needed to bring them and their food. She made us feel so very comfortable. Coco and Spike were happy when they arrived and departed. Never going back to broading company, nothing better than a pet lover caring for your pets!
This was our first time our 2 year old Labrador Retriever, Millie, has been cared for outside our home and we were a little anxious about how she’d do! Millie stayed with Liz for about 5 days and we couldn’t be happier with how it went: Liz sent pictures and updates every day and Millie was clearly having a wonderful stay with her! Lindsey went above and beyond in the attention she gave our sweet Nala while we were away. She provided great accommodations for Nala, especially with her still being an energetic pup.
