Erika was amazing! She did a great job sending updates and pictures. I felt so calm knowing that Ollie was being looked after with the utmost care. She went above and beyond by taking Ollie on hikes, long walks, and abiding by all his little quirks. I could tell Ollie had a blast and loved playing with her sweet dog, Kru. The day I was supposed to pick Ollie up, my flight was delayed til super late, and Erika was extremely responsive and cooperative working with me to find the best way to handle the pickup. She truly knows what a dog parent wants when letting someone watch their pup, and she’ll treat them like on of her own!
I was SO nervous leaving my Joe with *anyone*, but Bailey was AMAZING with him! Joe was spoiled rotten all weekend. Lot of pictures, updates, and video sent my way throughout the weekend kept me at ease. Lots of walks and snuggles kept Joe at ease. I can't thank Bailey enough.
UPDATE: My pup has been boarding with Cindy for at least one weekend per month since August, and I cannot express how much I appreciate how positive my dog’s experiences have been. My pup’s excitement means everything to me, so I love to see how happy she is as soon as we arrive at Cindy’s. As always, 10/10!
Marisa and Evan are AMAZING! This was not the first time my pup has spent time with them, but it was her first overnight stay with them. Unfortunately, my pup got unexpectedly very anxious and overwhelmed, and Marissa was great with communicating with me while I was away. Marissa and Evan are very attentive and provided lots of love to my girl ❤️ I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter in the Charlotte area.
Samantha was amazing! Her communication was wonderful, and she immediately calmed our nerves about leaving our baby for the first time. She sent constant updates and was incredibly sweet. Our Layla clearly had a great time, and we would absolutely love to use Samantha’s services again in the future
Jalen was amazing with my dog, Kurrency! From the moment I dropped him off, I could tell he was in great hands. Jalen kept me updated the entire time with pictures, videos, and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Kurrency warmed up to him quickly and got more and more comfortable each day, he even cuddled with Jalen by the end of the stay, which says a lot about how patient and caring he is. Jalen went above and beyond to make sure Kurrency felt at home, and I could tell he genuinely cared for him. He was also very good at giving Kurrency his daily medication. I'll definitely be booking with him again whenever I need a sitter. Highly recommend!
Alissa was the best! I don’t leave my dog with people other than family members often, but occasionally a need come up. My dog is basically my child and it’s nerve wracking to try to find someone I trust. Alissa met up with me and my dog for a meet and greet and I was immediately put at ease. She asked relevant questions about my dogs needs and personality, and it was clear that she loves dogs and understands them. My dog stayed with her for over a week and she was consistent with providing updates and photos. Even though I couldn’t always respond she kept the updates coming. My pup looked so happy in the photos she provided and yesterday I picked up a content, happy girl! Thanks so much Alissa!
