“On short notice, we had to leave our pitbull mix with Victor. She is slightly disabled with a back issue but still has a lot of energy. We were unable to arrange a meet and greet, but he easily accommodated us and allowed us to voice our concerns about her when we dropped her off. We were a little nervous because we had not used this type of service before, she seemed to warm up to him quickly judging from the videos he began sending us within a few hours. He kept in touch with us our entire 4 days away. First thing in the morning, afternoon and evening like clockwork we could expect videos and a quick chat with Victor. The communication was amazing and we could not ask for anything more. The pickup process went just as smoothly as the drop-off. Victor and our dog greeted us outside and all her things were packed neatly and ready to go. This experience has made us want to travel more and we will be booking with Victor in the near future.”
