“I rescued Benji 2 years ago. Whilst he loves to play with other dogs and can warm up to women, he is not so keen about men. He would hide behind me and start trembling around men. This is the first time I tried Charles and Randy's boarding services. They sent pics multiple times during the day. They're quick to respond. But the best part is they loved my lil critter like their own. Benji was with them for 3 weeks. Admittedly, in the beginning, you can see in the pics that Benji wasn't having the best time of his life. But into the 2nd week, his pics began to show a 'sparkle' in his eyes. He was a happier dog. When I picked him up and Charles approached Benji to say goodbye, my dog did not retreat and was even waiting to be petted. HUGE CHANGE! I cannot recommend them enough. I will be using their boarding services more!”

“We had to leave our 1 year old Labrador for a weekend with a sitter and Jasmine was great! She made sure Leo felt loved and also spent time playing fetch with him in the yard. Would totally recommend her! Looking forward to board with her again in the future!”

“I have never left my dog with anyone except my parents or a close friend. It was a huge point of anxiety for me when moving out of state wondering who would take care of him, until I met Melanie! We met ahead of time to get acquainted which settled my nerves, and she communicated with me every day about how he was doing and anything that was pertinent for me to know. “I’m so glad we found Bailey!!! My husband and I moved to NC from out of state last year and have no close friends or family nearby to take care of our dog when we go out of town. My dog is truly my baby, so I was a little nervous about leaving him for 10 days while we went to Europe. Bailey was super responsive from the get go and was able to coordinate a meet and greet for us and our dogs. Bailey and Kingsley are so wonderful and nice, and their dog Cooper is extremely friendly and has as much energy as our dog does! A few days before our trip I reached to out to Bailey to see if we could arrange daycare so our dog could get more comfortable at her house, and Bailey was very accommodating and flexible to my short notice request for daycare. While my husband and I were on our trip Bailey sent us daily updates and photos, and even kept an eye out for any signs of my dog’s allergy flare ups. Bailey sent us the sweetest photos of our dog playing with (and cuddling with!) her dog Cooper, and it made me so happy to see that our dog was truly having a great time and being treated as part of their family. My dog is an only child and can sometimes have behavioral issues (barking, pulling, not great with sharing, etc.), but Bailey could only say great things at the end of our dogs stay so anything that did arise she dealt with extreme grace and compassion. Since coming home, our dog has been napping and recovering from his 10 days of play and hanging out with his buddy Cooper! I will definitely use Bailey again for daycare and boarding, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is also a “crazy dog parent” like myself. Thanks again for everything, Bailey!!”

“Alexis was wonderful! I was new to using Rover and had some nerves about leaving the dog with someone other than family but Alexis was responsive, informative and friendly! She sent a ton of updates and Beans was happy upon pick-up. We will definitely be using Alexis again in the future.”

“I can’t recommend Victor enough. Victor offered to help us out at the last minute after another pet sitter canceled. Bolt was immediately super comfortable with Victor and followed him right inside. During Bolts stay, Victor sent pictures and updates to let us know how he was doing. I’d definitely recommend Victor and use him again.”

“Morgan and Brian are great! After just the meet and greet I could tell we wouldn't have to worry about leaving our pup with them. They treated our dog like their own! He got lots of attention, walks and play time. Our dog came home so tired from playing with his new best friend! Loved that we received at least two updates a day. We would love to have them watch our dog again!!”
