“Melanie was exceptional. We were so nervous about leaving our pup for two weeks - the longest vacation we've ever taken. Melanie was reassuring, kind, and reliable. She made sure we had daily updates which included pictures. Our meet and greet beforehand was informative and well organized. Moreover, during Edie's stay, she keep her on the routine we sent which was so beneficial to puppy sleep training and potty activity. I will definitely use Melanie again - she's the best!”
