Yvonne was an AMAZING sitter!! From the beginning, she had fantastic communication. She was professional, kind, and kept us informed as promised. We had a good gut feeling when choosing her. (We didn’t have the same about some of the Star Sitter options, who didn’t have good communication and who didn’t feel like right options…so always trust your gut!) we will absolutely use Yvonne again next time we are in Charlotte.
Vanessa and Greg are, without a doubt, the best dog sitters we’ve ever had. Our dog, Jerry, is always well cared for with anyone, but it’s obvious he absolutely loves staying with them. The excitement on his face when he sees them and how happy and relaxed he is when we pick him up says everything. It’s clear they genuinely love him, and that means the world to us. They treat him like he’s part of their family, and we never have to worry while we’re away because we know he’s getting so much love, attention, and care. Finding people you trust completely with your dog is rare, and Vanessa and Greg are truly a godsend. We are so grateful for them, and Jerry can’t wait for his next stay every time.
