“Joanna welcomed Daisy our English Cream golden retriever into her home. This was Daisy’s first time away from her family and we were very nervous to leave her. Joanna helped Daisy feel very comfortable which included her in play time with the family and her dog Sonny slept downstairs with Daisy. Joanna sent us pictures and messages multiple times during the day throughout her 5 day stay to let us know how Daisy was doing . She worked with Daisy in keeping her routine the same as home. Our girl is older and needs some extra care and rest- Natalie made sure she had all of her special needs met and sent us wonderful updates on all she was doing with lots of happy photos! Her communication was excellent, and when I realized our travel plans were going to be getting us in later than we expected, she was very kind and accommodating about helping us out! This was our first experience with Rover. Our dog just turned one and we had boarded her at a commercial facility and a home atmosphere appealed to us as an alternative so we tried it out. Alyssa and Spencer are fantastic. We met with them beforehand just to ease our concerns and the weekend went so well that we rebooked for two more trips this summer. We highly recommend them!
Not only was Anne able to accommodate my extremely late notice request for boarding, but she took great care of my senior dogs! Her home and fenced yard is also set up very thoughtfully for pet care with lots of space to roam outside or inside. Very quick & efficient communication, picture of my dog while I was away, I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience!
5 stars isn’t enough - Madison is absolutely amazing! She watched our Jerry while we were on vacation and took such incredible care of him. She’s attentive, patient, and genuinely so caring. Jerry is a very picky eater, and she went above and beyond to follow all of our little tricks and tips to make sure he was comfortable and eating well. I also really appreciated all the updates and sweet pictures she sent throughout his stay as it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. You can truly tell she treats every dog like her own. Madison has become our go to sitter and I feel incredibly lucky to have found someone so reliable to watch our Jerry. I highly recommend her services!
I’m so thankful to Stephanie for taking such excellent care of my fur baby. She treated him like he was her very own and was so thorough with his daily routine. He had the best time with trips to the park and greenway and plenty of belly rubs. Stephanie was so thoughtful by sending me pictures or videos daily. Your fur baby is in the best hands under Stephanie’s care.
Lauren was my second Rover sitter I've used, but Knox's first experience. During our meet and greet, she put us at ease and I just got a good sense she was the right sitter for us. Now that I'm back, she did exactly what I was hoping for...and more. He's a cuddly boy that just loves to be with you. She sent pictures of him relaxed and being loved so I could enjoy my trip (as much as I could without him), walked him and included him in activities. She even notified one of a potential concern (just a lab, being a lab). Just a good experience overall and I will book with her again.
Kerri is excellent! She and her entire family are dog lovers and take really good care of Kobe! Kerri sends regular updates and photos which is especially lovely! Kobe gets lots of walks and playtime with Kerri’s dog Aspen. And we see that Kobe loves going to Kerri’s very much! That speaks a thousand words!
