We boarded our dog Flanders with Dana for the weekend and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the start, Dana was warm, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. She even set up a meet-and-greet so Flanders could get to know her sweet pup, Bailey (who’s so well-behaved and gentle). Our dog Flanders has a playful, energetic personality and loves fetch, being outdoors, and snuggling with people. Dana did all of that and more. She followed our feeding schedule and crate routine perfectly, kept us updated with daily photos and videos, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Her home is clean and cozy, and the secure backyard was a huge plus. Dana is clearly a dog lover through and through. She treats every pup like family and is so knowledgeable about dogs too. We would book with her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter (especially if it’s your first time). She’s so kind and amazing. Joanna is one of the best communicators I have had in a pet sitter. She checked in daily with updates and photos of our dog. She praised Lizzie for being such a sweet easy doggie which told me Lizzie did well in her home. She seemed to have enjoyed the company of her sweet labbie Sunny which was comforting knowing she had a “buddy.” Also grateful Joanna was able to keep Lizzie an extra night when we had a flight issue getting back in town. We would certainly hire Joanna again.
Gonzalo and his family are the best! This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous about how my dog would do living in someone else’s house for a week. All of that worry went away as soon as I dropped him off. Gonzalo sent updates and pictures throughout each day. In each one, my dog was smiling from ear to ear. We were extremely happy with Jonathan as our dog sitter! He took excellent care of our dog Pablo and clearly treated him with a lot of attention and care.
