She was very communicative and intentional with her approach on what needed to be done to make his stay at her home comfortable for Ziggy. The day I was supposed to pick Ollie up, my flight was delayed til super late, and Erika was extremely responsive and cooperative working with me to find the best way to handle the pickup.
