Not only did they take excellent care of my dog in a clean, safe, and fun environment, they went the extra mile and arranged for my dog to have a special doggie birthday cake on his birthday. Many pictures were taken to update me on how he was doing. You can tell that Charles and Randy enjoy taking care of dogs with the same loving TLC as if my dog was their own. You won't be disappointed in using Charles and Randy.”
