“We had a great experience with Mathias. This was our first time using rover and he made it super easy for us. We have a special needs dog that struggles significantly with separation Anxiety and crate phobia Mathias did a great job of taking care of our dog, he kept us in the know of any issues that happened and was regularly sending updates about how our dog was doing. Our dog was very comfortable around Mathias to the point that he even ate dinners while me and my wife were gone on our trip (he typically goes on hunger strike while we are gone). I have nothing but great things to say about Mathias and the entire experience. We would definitely use him again for any future boarding!”
