About: I have been taking care of dogs for over a decade. Your furry family members will be a part of my family while under my care. There are great routes in my neighborhood for walking if the backyard isn’t the best way to burn off energy. I am experienced with oral and injectable medications if needed. I like to keep to a schedule and once we get a routine going on day 1, I am sure your pup will feel at ease with me and Nola! My weeknights are mostly open and I have plenty of time most weekends to care for you furry family member! I am typically at work during the weekdays for 8 hours, but can certainly make it work if your pup needs to be checked on more often! Dogs are allowed on the furniture and in bed. I have a larger crate if your pup needs to be crated at any time. I also keep an eye on the pups while they are in the yard. I am able to separate the pups during meals and have no problem with any additional mealtime requests! My goldendoodle, Nola, gets along well with other dogs and is loves having friends over to play! I recently purchased my first home in Charlotte, and it features a large fenced yard located on a cul de sac corner lot offering lots of safety and privacy. My yard is spacious, clean and ideal for my Bodhi and his friends to run, play, and even sun bathe on the deck! Bodhi is house-trained, neutered, extremely friendly with other pets, and loves to play! I joined Rover not only because of my love for animals, but also for the ability to socialize Bodhi with other furry friends in the comfort of our home. Lastly, my home is stocked with plenty of toys to keep your furry friends entertained! I live a very active lifestyle, and enjoy going on long walks, playing outdoors... About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and grew up with three dogs and two cats, which gave me a strong foundation in caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I also regularly help care for my sister’s large dogs, so I’m comfortable handling bigger breeds and energetic pups. For the past 8 years, I’ve been a proud dog mom to my own dog, Gus. Caring for Gus has given me hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, administering basic care, and understanding a dog’s individual needs. I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide plenty of attention, potty breaks, walks, and companionship throughout the day.
