Although we were a bit anxious dropping our girl off, we clearly needn't have been worried. About: I’ve had pets my entire life, including dogs, cats, a rabbit, and fish, so caring for animals has always been a normal part of my everyday life. I also have hands-on experience helping care for boarding and daycare dogs in my home, which has given me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, personalities, routines, and energy levels. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, potty breaks, playtime, cleaning up after pets, and giving them plenty of attention and affection. I’ve learned that every pet is different, so I pay attention to their individual personality and needs and follow the owner’s instructions and normal routine as closely as possible. My goal is to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. On a typical weekend, I’m available throughout the day for morning potty breaks and feeding, walks, playtime, plenty of attention, and evening care. I’m able to adjust my schedule based on each pet’s normal routine, including meal times, walks, medications, and bedtime. My family also helps with pet care when needed, so pets have plenty of attention and supervision throughout their stay. Safety and comfort are really important in our home. When caring for pets from multiple families, dogs can be separated as needed so everyone has their own safe space to relax and decompress. Dogs are fed separately in their own crates or designated spaces to prevent food-related conflicts, and crates can also be used for rest or whenever an owner requests it. I try to make each pet’s stay feel as familiar and comfortable as possible, so owners are encouraged to bring their pet’s favorite bed, blanket, stuffed toy, or “lovey” from home. I follow each pet’s normal feeding, potty, medication, and sleeping routine as closely as possible. Pets are supervised during interactions, and I pay attention to their individual personalities and comfort levels rather than expecting every dog to immediately become best friends. My goal is to give each pet plenty of attention while also making sure they have a comfortable, secure place to retreat and relax when they need it.

About: I’ve always loved animals and taking care of them is something I love. I took some vet classes in high school that helped me learn the basics! Such as their body behavior, basic handling, and how to administer medication. I also gained some experience with grooming and caring for senior dogs, as I understand older pets need extra patience and attention. I’ve trained my own dog to perform many tricks and sleep on his own, so if you have a puppy I’d be more than happy to show them some basic tricks and commands during our time together. While training takes time I’m always happy to help them learn more and build good habits. I’m currently available to do walks or pet visits in the evening where I can then on a walk or even go to the park and play. I’m a full time student and worker as well so for right now the only days I’m available are Friday and Sundays for boarding, pet sitting, and home visits and need at least a 2 day notice please! I live in an apartment where there is a little doggy park and it’s a very dog friendly environment. Inside my apartment they are able to be on the furniture and be with me at all times. I will be taking them out every 1-2 hours or if you need me to do it more often I would be more than happy to. While they are with me if you have any extra requests to have them be on the bed or keep them in their crate I will be happy to follow that.

About: Ive been caring for and loving dogs for 30 plus years :) I'm a nurse who works from home now and frequently dog sit for friends. I walk 12k steps a day so if your dog loves walks, they'll get them! If they'd rather be my lazy co worker and hangout as I work at my desk, thats great too :) have lots of love and attention to give your sweet baby! Wfh full time. Routine is flexible! I get lots of steps in to break up my day at the desk so lots of opportunity to get outside. 2 story town home end unit with walkout back patio. No fence. No kids, no other pets, very clean, no clutter or risk of eating things 😂

About: I’ve had experience all my life caring for all types of animals. I’ve had hamsters, geckos, cats, dogs, fish and a turtle. I have experience living with puppies/kittens and senior pets. Unfortunately both of my senior dogs have passed recently due to old age but it was such a blessing to have grown up with them. I’d love the opportunity to watch your pets and show them endless love! I live in an apartment complex right next to a really long trail and lots of grass. My boyfriend and I walk that trail all the time for some exercise! Of course your pet would come too:) I am in school part time in a radiography program at Carolinas College of Health Science. I have a lot of free time and my weekends are always free. I just graduated with a bachelors in exercise physiology from Penn State! I have so much time to fit in boarding or just taking them on a walk:) I’m mostly on campus 8-3 Monday and Tuesday. The rest of the week I’m really only there for a few hours and my Friday, sat, sun is completely free. There is a walking trail nearby and a bunch of dog parks within a block distance! I have no pets at home! Your pet would be my top priority:) our apartment complex is pretty quiet. I live with my boyfriend who I’ve been with for 2 years:)
