I also had to adjust my drop-off schedule, and she was incredibly flexible and accommodating with all of the last-minute changes. She had no problem administering the ointment and took great care of my dog while she was recovering. I truly appreciated her kindness, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond. We had such a great experience with Sydney! She sent us the funniest pictures of our girl looking totally settled in and having the best time.
