Anika took great care of our boy, Bourdain. He is a rescue that we’ve only had for 4 months and he still has some separation anxiety despite our hard work and medication. This was our first trip away and after having him spend a daycare day with Anika and her great dog, Malala, we were sure he would be well looked after. We were not wrong! We feel like Bourdain was looked after really well! Anika was incredibly patient with his reluctance to eat, some whining in his crate at night, and carefully managing his various doodle food sensitivities. She kept us well posted on how he was eating, asked for input on what to do to support him, and made sure he was adhering to his necessary medications. On top of that Bourdain was being treated for an active ear infection and she carefully monitored to ensure it was getting better. The frequency of pictures, video, and updates struck the right balance between keeping us at ease while also allowing us the escape of vacation. We came back to a clean, healthy, and happy boy! Unfortunately that has not always been the case with other sitters, so it is such a key part of why we would fully recommend Anika. She looks after your fur baby like he is her own, and that makes her a wonderful sitter!

Anika was great! My 14 year old Boston Terrier had a wonderdul time lizard hunting in the backyard. He has specific dietary needs and is on 3 different meds and Anika took all of that in stride and took awesome care of my dog on short notice. Communication was easy and she sent me pics of Bode having fun! I will use her again!
