Finley did a great job taking care of my cat, Billie. It was my first time going out of town since adopting her, so I was pretty nervous about how she would react. Finley took the time to let Billie acclimate to them, and sent me lots of pictures. Billie seemed so happy and calm when I got home. I would definitely book Finley in the future. Thanks again!

It was so awesome to see how much our nervous pup took a liking to her. We will definitely be reaching out to her for our future dog-sitting needs!

About: I have a gold retriever and I do know how difficult to leave them when you have to go. I’ll take care them like they are home. I’m full time mom, and my pup can play with your pup to make sure they won’t be alone. I’m full time mom and always home. Feel free to let me know if there’s any specific needs. So I can stay with your baby all the time to give them cuddles & play. I only accept a pup boarding at my house except you have 2 pups at the same time. My kids are pet lover too. They are more than happy to sleep with your baby if it’s needed.

I have a 2.5 year old energetic lab mix and Neeka takes the best care of him! I trust her to come to my apartment let herself in to feed/walk Chase while I’m on short trips. I know Chase is more comfortable staying at home than a kennel and I know Chase will be well taken care of! Look no further if you are in need of pet care :)

About: I'm a work-from-home dog mom with a big fenced yard, and my own high-energy Border Collie keeps me on my toes every day. I also have three cats at home who run the place, so trust me—I understand that fur babies are family! 🌟 Weight limit: 5-70 lbs. 🌟 Time: Drop off after 8AM. Pick up before 10 PM. 🌟 Daycare over 10 hours is boarding. 🌟 Medication or extensive care will be extra. I've cared for dogs of all sizes, from tiny Maltese to fluffy Samoyeds, and I absolutely love the puppy stage—those wiggly greetings never get old! Whether your dog is a laid-back cuddler or a high-energy athlete, they'll fit right in here. Your dog will have a blast playing fetch or running around the yard with my Border Collie! I'm also happy to reinforce basic training if that's something you're working on—I'm currently doing agility and obedience training with my own pup. If yours just wants a friend to hang out with, that's perfect too. Since I'm home full time, your dog will have constant company, regular walks, and plenty of outdoor time in my secure yard. I'll send lots of photo updates and treat your pup exactly like I treat my own. A meet and greet is required before booking – I want to make sure we're all a good fit! Boarding (cats and dogs): Available weekdays & weekends (I work from home full time) 24/7. · Cat drop-in visits: Weekends (flexible), or Weekdays before 8am or after 5:30pm For Boarding in My Home: · Rabies, DHPP/DHLPP and Bordetella vaccines are required. · Make yourself at home: Home is pet-safe and clutter free. Crates get cleaned after each visit. · Quiet space: An empty room available if complete separation is ever needed · Night monitoring: I use a camera in the boarding room at night so I can check in anytime · Constant check-ins: I work from home full time, so I'm able to check on your dog throughout the day For Cat Drop-In Visits: · I wear gloves while doing all tasks to keep things clean and comfortable · If your cat or dog needs to be crated during my visit, I'm happy to do that

About: I am Fear Free Certified which is a training for preventing and alleviating fear, anxiety, and stress during pet caretaking. I’ve been around dogs since I was little and grew up training and taking care of my pet labradoodle. I’ve volunteered at a cat shelter for 2.5 years and am a facility manager for the shelter so I have experience with animals of all types of personalities. I also have two cats that I adopted from the shelter I volunteer at. I am a biomedical engineer so I work from 9-5 Monday- Friday. I’m happy to stop by to give your pets some love before and/or after work Monday, Tuesday, or Friday. I typically do pottery on Wednesdays but can be flexible if needed on that day! Thursday nights I volunteer at the cat shelter until around 7:30PM so late night visits might be possible. I am available most weekends as long as I have enough of a heads up! I know some nice walking trails around Waltham and would be happy to take your dog on walks around there or throughout your neighborhood. I also am comfortable with just giving pets attention and care such as food, brushing, play, and scooping cat litter within your home depending on your needs and wants.

About: I worked as a veterinary technician for 2 years in NY and interned at the Staten Island Zoo for 3 years while studying in college. I’m currently working night shift (6pm-6am) on a rotating schedule. Because I work 12hr shifts I have extra days off to check in on your animal while you are away. I am attentive to your dog’s needs and encourage direction or feedback of how to care for your dog. Whether I’m needed for a long walk or to house sit while you’re away, I’ll make sure your dog feels in good hands. I’m also more than happy to send updated pictures of your dog so you don’t miss them too much.

About: As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you trust. I provide reliable, loving care tailored to each pet’s needs, from playful puppies to senior dogs. You’ll receive regular photo updates, and your pet will be treated like family while you’re away I currently work as a health care worker. I enjoy taking care of everyone and want to spend my free time taking care of and playing with furry friends . My hours are short I am available to pet sit on the weekends. Caring for pets, whether in my home or my client's home, involves a tailored approach to ensure their comfort, safety, and happiness. Here's how I manage each setting: ### In My Home: 1. **Home Environment:** - **Safe and Comfortable Space:** My home is pet-proofed with designated areas for sleeping, eating, and playing. I ensure there are no hazards, and pets have access to comfortable bedding and toys. - **Regular Cleaning:** I maintain a clean environment with regular cleaning routines to prevent the spread of germs and keep the space pleasant. 2. **Routine and Care:** - **Feeding Schedule:** I follow the pet's regular feeding schedule and dietary requirements, providing fresh water and high-quality food. - **Exercise and Play:** Pets get daily exercise through walks, playtime, and interactive toys. I ensure they have mental and physical stimulation. - **Training and Socialization:** If needed, I continue with any training routines and offer socialization opportunities with other friendly pets in a controlled setting. - **Health Monitoring:** I keep an eye on the pet's health, checking for any signs of discomfort or illness, and administering medications if necessary. ### In Client's Home: 1. **Familiar Environment:** - **Home Visits:** I make scheduled visits to the client's home, ensuring the pet remains in a familiar environment, which can reduce stress. - **Pet Comfort:** I follow the pet's usual routines and keep their familiar items (like toys, beds, and bowls) in place to maintain comfort. 2. **Routine and Care:** - **Customized Care:** I adhere to the pet's specific care instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, and medication administration. - **Exercise and Play:** I take the pet for walks, engage in playtime, and provide mental stimulation through games and activities. - **Household Duties:** I handle additional tasks like bringing in the mail, watering plants, and ensuring the home is secure. - **Regular Updates:** I provide the pet owner with updates, photos, and videos, ensuring they are informed about their pet's well-being. ### Common Practices: - **Emergency Preparedness:** In both settings, I am prepared for emergencies, with knowledge of nearby veterinary clinics and a well-stocked first aid kit. - **Communication:** I maintain clear and open communication with pet owners, addressing any concerns and keeping them informed about their pet's activities and health. By adapting my approach to the specific needs of each pet and the preferences of their owners, I ensure that pets receive consistent, high-quality care whether they are in my home or their own.

Karein is great! Our cat Big Guy, does not like people. Over the 2 weeks we were away, she got him to come out of his shell and let her pet him. It was a great experience to know Big Guy was in good hands while we were away. She even got him playing with some toys… and his name is Big Guy for a reason! 😸
