About: I have nearly 40 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, including 13 years with my own two dogs, who are now seniors. I've also completed the American Red Cross Cat and Dog First Aid course to be better prepared for pet emergencies. I regularly care for a neighbor's dog during the week and am comfortable with multiple dogs, different personalities, and established routines. About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life. I grew up with a a good mixture of animals, and am comfortable with pretty much any animal. I have 20 plus years of experience working in an animal hospital. I do work 8 hour days, but am flexible before and after work. I currently work full-time, but my day is done at 4pm so I can do before work, and after work. If you are local I would also be able to do a mid-day walk, drop in etc. I am fully comfortable with exotics,avian & reptiles as well. I can also administer medications or anything that has to be given daily. I unfortunately would not be able to board any dogs or cats at my house, as I currently have 3 dogs who don’t love visitors staying. I would however be able to board a bunny, bird, ferret, any reptile or exotic animal. I have a separate room that’s completely safe for housing upstairs.

About: Some people say I’m obsessed with my dog and I would have to agree! I love all animals, dogs especially. I’ve had dogs my entire life and they have never been considered our pets they are apart of our family. Because dogs have been such a big part of my life, I have helped out running a doggy daycare and boarding facility. I have fostered multiple dogs and I grew up with 6 dogs! While I’m watching your pets I will treat and care for them the same way I would my own, with lots of love and attention. Depending on age and physical ability a typical day would look like: Typically I wake up around 7am and take your pets for a walk! After our walk we have breakfast (he’ll usually rest until 11:30/12) at that point we will go for another walk or play session for about an hour on my lunch break, after I am finished with work around 2:30/3 we go for a hike or to the dog park (depending on the dog), then we have dinner and get ready for bed! I give each and every animals the love and attention they deserve! If I am watching your pet you can be assured that they are getting the love and exercise they need. They will be spoiled with walks, hikes, play time, treats, and mentally stimulating toys such as kongs and lick mats!
