The medication schedule had to be changed a couple of times due to some side effects my cat was having, and she took it in stride. I had a lot of anxiety leaving him, especially after he just got diagnosed with a thyroid disorder, but Michelle gave me updates after every visit, and was prompt in making sure he got his medication on time every day. About: I have always been a pet lover, but my soft spot is definitely for dogs! I have experience at dog daycares and boarding facilities and sanctuaries/rescues. I am CPR certified. I have experience and patience with senior dogs, they deserve all the love too! I am currently looking to becoming a full time pet care specialist, I want to build a clientele here and build relationships with new dogs. A few things factor into this. Most importantly for me is knowing and understanding the pets current routine, following all instructions and any precautions-for pets safety and my own, then updating owner about stay/walk/visit.

Life can be busy but I like to spend time making others happy, especially animals! I live with a large family and with my cat, Coco. I feed her 1/2 a cup of dry food in 3 meals as she is an indoor cat and often she will be given wet food as well. I enjoy keeping my friend as happy and healthy as possible since she’s like my own child.

About: I can not remember a time in my life when I did not have dogs or cat. I currently have a senior dog and a new puppy. They have become part of the family, especially now that both my sons have moved out. I have had the same job for 16 years in the medical field. About: I’ve grown up and worked at my family-owned boarding and grooming dog/cat kennel my entire life. I am well versed with all breeds, sizes, and attitudes. I’ve also been well experienced with signs of bloating, alerting behaviors, and other needs of animals. I am a current medical student so my times of work are very sporadic. I am able to take a few hours out of almost every day to help anyone out! It’s also a stress reliever for me to see your pups! I am knowledgeable of how dogs react to strangers, I will keep myself and your animals safe as you see fit including crates, managing multiple doors/rooms, and leash handling.

About: I've had and cared for my own pets since I was a little girl, including dogs, cats, rabbits, fish and reptiles. I also worked for Petco for a short while in my college years, so I have experience caring for small animals (mice, guinea pigs, ferrets, etc). My boyfriend and I currently have 2 dogs of our own, and a 5 month old baby boy! We go for daily walks on the canal or at the cemetery near our house, as long as the weather permits. I love animal training and the study of animal behavior. I am currently a stay-at-home mom, so I am very free throughout the day all week! We already go on our own daily pack-walks, so adding a couple more furry friends here and there would be no problem! Our dogs love to play and have a ton of energy! We love doggy play-dates whenever we can get them. We have a decent sized back yard for dog play, and our basement is also a designated puppy-play zone when the weather is wet or cold. We have two long leads in our backyard to ensure no furry friend comes or goes without us knowing. Our dogs are very friendly with other dogs, and love to play and run with new friends! We try to stick to a predictable schedule with them daily, which includes 2 meals a day, 2 play times, at least 1 walk, and a training session with high-incentive treats. We are more than willing to come to your furry friend for play dates and walks as well!

About: I grew up with dogs & cats. My parents bred Westies and we had a houseful. I’ve always had at least one dog and at least one cat until recently when I lost my most recent cat. Now Sophie, my dog, and I are on our own. We both love dogs and are looking forward to meeting some new friends I work part time for myself, so I’m very flexible and there won’t be a schedule problem. I’m sort of a homebody so I won’t be gone much other than for work I don’t have a fenced yard, at my house but I have 5 acres surrounded by miles of farmland and a playful playmate in Sophie. I have found that most animals love me. I just lost my Golden Retriever, Nalu, after 14 amazing years. Something to be said in that she had more Facebook friends & photos than I do. About: I have had dogs for 40 plus year. Raise chihuahuas now. This would be a great service if you have an urgent need. Home 4 days a week which is variable. I do some weekends. Lots of play time nap time and lap time. My environment is very calming. I can take older dogs puppies and siblings. Snacks and food should be provided by you. Bring that special blanket. I want to make it as less stressful for our fur babies I can send pictures with updates. I am working on having a cam so you can visualize your friend. About: I have a great deal of experience with dogs - small, large, young, old - as a pet owner and as a family/friend pet sitter. This includes experience with dogs that have disabilities and special needs. I also have 3 pet birds, so I am comfortable and familiar with caring for avian family members too.
