My dog is an 8 year old rescue and can be very timid and take a bit to warm up to strangers but Debra had a way of making Lulu feel at ease very quickly. Debra has a secure and spacious fenced yard which was ideal for my dog as she has a tendency to escape if she has the chance but Debra took precautions to make sure that wouldn’t be an issue. We really appreciated the updates and photos while we were away, this was our first time boarding our baby and using rover and we felt we didn’t have to worry. About: I started walking my next door neighbor’s Boston Terrier when I was around 10. She knew I was an animal lover, and even let me experiment with some training with her pup. This led to me getting into agility training and just general dog training, which I have started to pick back up again. I am known as the family dog sitter, as my family has a combination of Pit Bulls, Bernedoodles, and hunting breeds, so I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes and stubbornness! About: A little bit about me, I am going on to my second year at MCC and after plan on joining the Air Force! I currently have a part time job at a restaurant but have gotten the unfortunate news that they will be shutting down my store so I am looking to have this as a part time job for now then hopefully transition it into a full time job. I have been taking care of animals since my early teenage years starting off with a close family friend and her 2 poodle mix’s. They would be dropped off at my house around 9:00 am and then get pick up at 6:00pm. I have bathed, cleaned, and even trained some dogs (simple commands). In addition, I have also taken care of multiple furry felines and have had many cats of my own so I am also quite familiar with their needs as well. I am wanting to soon be Pet CPR and First Aid Certified. I have always been interested in pet-care I just didn’t know how to go about it until I found out about rover! I will be putting all my focus on pet-care as my full time job. Since I am just starting out I will only have weekday availability 11-9 and will only offer drop in’s and walk services Monday-Friday and house sitting Tuesday-Thursday. “Aracely let out and fed my puppy midday for 2 months until the end of my school year. She took great care of my little guy. There were two times that she canceled morning of and, with that late notice, I was not able to leave work or get anyone else to take him out. “Debra was so welcoming to my dog, my husband and I. My dog is an 8 year old rescue and can be very timid and take a bit to warm up to strangers but Debra had a way of making Lulu feel at ease very quickly. Debra has a secure and spacious fenced yard which was ideal for my dog as she has a tendency to escape if she has the chance but Debra took precautions to make sure that wouldn’t be an issue. We really appreciated the updates and photos while we were away, this was our first time boarding our baby and using rover and we felt we didn’t have to worry. We will definitely be booking with Debra again in the future.”

About: I’ve had pets since I was born. I love to take my dog on walks at the beach and play in the yard with him. I am attentive to any reactions they might have to their surroundings as well. I’ve been looking for a job during the week days and I figured why not try this out to maybe help some families live their life if they’re on vacation or super busy. I have a friendly dog who will keep any pets company. I have a big yard with sun or shade if any dogs love to be outside. I also have crates if dogs need to be crated during the night or day.

About: I grew up around animals. I have taken care of my own dogs, cats, rabbits and fish throughout my life. I have also taken care of friends pets when they’ve gone out of town. I am comfortable with large and small dogs, cats, and caged animals. I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time for your pets. I have a 4yr old who is comfortable around animals and I am available for boarding if your animal is comfortable with men, women, and children. I live on a quiet street in an apartment and look forward to walking with your dog at my home or yours. I am comfortable working with multiple kinds of collars and leashes.

My dog has a lot of anxiety and she was very patient with him and provided him with the attention (and snuggles) he needed. He was clearly very well cared for.
