About: Walked and fed my neighbors dog since I was 13, until I moved out of state. Then got my first dog Maia, who is now 7. She had endometria and has arthritis and I’ve been there for her through sickness and health! Also got my second dog Peanut who is the clumsiest bullmastiff ever! He is 4 now. I’m great with big dogs and small dogs. I served in the army where I have dog sat, dropped in for feedings, walked multiple dogs and house sat for multiple friends and colleagues. I’m currently transitioning from active duty and waiting for my Texas nursing license to transfer to a New York. So I’m free to take pups on long walks, spend the day with them or just pop in for feeds! I love playing with dogs and cats. I’m very loving to all animals and will give lots of pets, attention and play with them while caring for them.

I work Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, which means I’m available for morning check-ins, afternoon/evening care, overnight stays, and weekend bookings. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications, and any special care needs. I know pets are most comfortable in familiar environments, so I make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and companionship while their owners are away. I’m respectful, clean, and dependable in every home I visit, and I always keep pet parents updated with photos and messages for peace of mind. About: I am wild about dogs, all breeds. I often think if I could go back, I might have gone to school to be a veterinarian. I grew up with dobermans, cats, riding horses and much more. I have found that most animals love me. I just lost my Golden Retriever, Nalu, after 14 amazing years. Something to be said in that she had more Facebook friends & photos than I do. I just moved down here a year ago from South Glastonbury and most of my new neighbors in Deep River have asked me to watch their animals at one time or another without any sort of solicitation so I believe that is a testament to my character and integrity. About: I’ve had a dog all my life and I can’t imagine life without a dog! I have been dog sitting about 5 years now and I know how important and stressful it is to leave your pet in the care of another. I have experience being a dog walker and even a cat walker, and as an overnight dog sitter for multiple weeks. I am very respectful of your home and understand that a home is your safe place and I treat it with that same reverence. I have some experience administering meds to both cats and dogs. I have not met a pet I didn’t like, even those with “strong” personalities. I have experience with anxious and cautious dogs and I am willing to put in the work to earn their trust. While you are away your pet will receive nonstop love and attention. When you return home, your fluffy pet will be just as happy and cared for as they were when you left. I love animals and I love being able to help families out by relieving the stress and burden of finding a safe sitter to watch your pet.

About: I have a lifetime of experience with pet care, which began with helping my mom run her in-home dog boarding business when I was growing up. The skills and experience that I've gained in that time enable me to provide the best possible care for your pet. I live with my girlfriend who is a veterinary technician with over 15 years of experience. Ours is a loving home, with a large, securely fenced yard. Our top priority is to keep your dog safe, feeling comfortable, and relaxed, just as they would be in their own home. I offer boarding, walks, in home visits, and more. I am comfortable giving meds, preparing special diets, and caring for puppies as well as seniors. I used to train and show dogs when I was younger, and can help get your puppy off on the right foot with house training. Dog sitting is my only job, and my flexible schedule revolves around that. I can be available at any reasonable time for pick-up and drop off appointments. I'm home almost all of the time to be with the dogs, only leaving to run brief errands when necessary. All dogs are cared for in my home. I have a large, securely fenced in back yard. During the day, dogs are free to be outside to play in the backyard as much as they wish. All dogs sleep in large crates or X-pens in our comfortable dog room at night, or when we are not home. We have a young cavalier who would be happy to have new friends to play with. For safety, I separate dogs for feeding and if we're out of the house, although it's rare that no one is home. Guests need to like other dogs and people.
