“Kristin very quickly became a new best friend of our recent 8yr old rescue, Poppy. She keeps is reliable and assisting us with potty training going out and ringing the bell. Poppy is excited to see Kristin and let's Kristin know wheat she needs. Today, 6/9, Poppy wanted to walk longer and Kristin accommodated it. We are happy to have Kristin as an extension to our family and appreciate all she does.”

“Laurie was so great with my dog, Bode! Bode tends to run through his invisible fence, so I have been refraining from walking him in my neighborhood. Laurie fed Bode his dinner, and then spent the rest of the time giving him lots of love and attention (and throwing a ball in the backyard!). Thanks so much, Laurie!”

“Kathy and John were amazing! It was my first time using Rover so I was nervous about leaving my cat home alone while on vacation, but he was in great hands. I received multiple photos from each visit, and when I had questions or requests John and Kathy responded quickly. Cat was happy too :) Would definitely book with Kathy and John again.”

“This was our first time leaving our cats for a long weekend, and Elizabeth made the experience completely stress-free! She followed our feeding instructions perfectly, gave the kitties plenty of playtime, and even earned the trust of our shy boy—no small feat. Her calm, caring energy was exactly what they needed, and it was clear they adored her. We’re so grateful for the peace of mind she gave us while we were away. We’ll definitely be using her again and highly recommend her to any cat families looking for a reliable, thoughtful sitter!”

“Thank you so much Anahi!”

“Erin was super responsive, easy to communicate with, and reliable. Our cat, Stella, is extremely timid and nervous with new people, but Erin still managed to get some pictures of Stella so we could check in while we were away. We definitely recommend Erin and will look to use her drop in services again for future trips!”

“Jessica did a wonderful job taking care of our little old lady! She was prompt, thorough, and communicative. We hope she’ll be available when Ethel needs drop-ins in the future!”

About: I am an animal lover and long time dog owner. I am currently living in an apartment which does not allow pets. I understand the anxiety that comes with leaving your fur baby behind while traveling or for a long day at work or play. I would like to provide for you the peace of mind required to relax and know your pet is under the very best care. My work schedule is very flexible. I am available most days, evenings and overnighters if need be. My weekends are also open for scheduling purposes. I am unable to care for pets at my apartment but I am more than happy to care for your pets in their own environment in your home. Your pet will remain comfortable and confident in your absence because they will continue to have their comforts of home.

“Michelle is AMAZING. I’m so grateful for her attentiveness and kindness - I was truly able to relax while being away knowing that our cats were in good hands. Not only did she provide incredible care to the cats, she was super easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages quickly and always provided thorough but concise updates. Couldn’t have asked for better care!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life. In 2019-2021, I raised 2 working dogs in training. This program taught me so much about raising dogs and training them that I’m now applying to my own forever pup, Luca! Luca is a friendly 3 year old Yellow Lab who loves other dogs. I had a lot of Rover clients when I lived in Philadelphia and now am expanding to my new home, in Wall, NJ. I have my own house with a fenced in yard and direct access to a large park. I do work full time but mostly from home and only go into the office once a week. I typically will only accept jobs where I am positive I am free to provide full attention. I always take the dogs out at least 3 times per day to go to the bathroom and get exercise. My dog is my entire world, and I would treat yours the same. I understand how hard it is to trust others with our pups. Their safety, comfort, and happiness is my #1 priority.

About: I have had cats for 20 years, I have volunteered at the SCPA, show up on time, follow precise instructions, handle your home with respect. I am retired so i have plenty of time to play with your pets. I like to establish a routine with them, so they feel safe . I have 2 cats and throw the ball, I have trees so they can climb up, little houses that love to sleep in . I would play with your cats the same way.

About: I grew up with dogs. A dog, sometimes two or three, was always in our house and a part of my family. I’ve been around dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds, understanding each one is unique and needs certain care. I have helped train a chocolate lab (a very energetic boy named Brody) from a puppy. I understand dogs are a part of your family and will provide that love and care towards them. I care for my two cats, Avy and Moose along with my partner. Since we share responsibilities of our cats and my 9-5 job is remote I am able to schedule sits and walks regularly. My girlfriend and I currently have two cats who are a part of our everyday lives. They like to wake us up and sun bath by the windows. We love them

About: I have always owned dogs and currently have 2 large breeds that we bring camping. I can handle big and small dogs. I was also a teacher for 30 years so I have patience. I am retired and love to walk so I am available anytime. I also love to play with dogs so I can throw the toys and get them the exercise they need. I have a fenced yard and 2 very friendly dogs. My yard is also separated so I have artificial turf in one area for my dogs and then I have a grass area as well. My stairs are gated.

“Mary was awesome. She accommodated a pretty short notice request for our first time for a drop-in. And while our dogs can be anxious around new people, she had no concerns and took them out and played with them and they had a blast. We will definitely be using her services again.”

“Tori was reliable and very good at communicating with me. It was my first time leaving my baby and she made me feel much better that he was ok.”

About: Hi, I'm Stephanie! I love to give pets the same unconditional love that they give to us. I have always had dogs in my life and I would love to add yours to my heart! I am currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Education, but during my undergrad, I volunteered at a shelter near my university! They have a program where you can "sign out" a dog for a day, so I showed off the sweetest pups around campus! My first dog (and best friend) was a miniature pinscher. I also had the love of two Labrador retrievers and an Akita growing up! I absolutely love to babysit and walk fur babies and I will be able to love your pets as much as you do!

Kaitlyn R.Star Sitter
“I have counted on Kaitlyn numerous times to help care for my two golden retrievers and feel so lucky to have found her. She is experienced with dogs of all breeds and sizes and accustomed to caring for dogs in the city, suburbs, and rural settings. Kaitlyn is very active and always takes my dogs on a run or a hike with her (and best of all, she sends me photos of them while she is with them.) With my explicit permission, she also typically takes them to the dog park just a few yards from her house and has followed my instructions about meals, training, treats, etc. to the letter. Perhaps most tellingly, whenever I walk my dogs by Kaitlyn's apartment, they pull to go in! I fully and completely recommend Kaitlyn for all dog sitting needs.”

“Stephanie is great with dogs. Loves to pet any pup she meets. She's very attentive to dogs needs and loves to snuggle them. She isn't afraid to lay on the ground and sit and pet them. She's used to dealing with bigger dogs but did have a miniture pinscher in the past that she loved dearly. You'd be lucky to have her.”
