About: I’ve had and taken care of dogs since I was 16. My entire family now all have dogs of their own so I come from a large dog loving family. I’m ready and willing to take care of your dog as if they were part of my family. I’m a nurse so being caring is in my nature, this also allows me to be comfortable administering medications I’m currently a full time RN working 3 12 hour shifts a week, every third weekend so I have pretty flexible availability throughout the week. I live in an apartment that has a fenced in doggy park area. I have a small 12yo dog who still loves to play with other dogs and a 2yo cat who thinks he’s a dog and also likes to play and a new 3mo old golden retriever puppy

I currently have 3 dogs- a Lab/Pyrenees mix, Lab/ Irish setter mix & a Yorkie/Pug/Chihuahua mix. Safe to say my house is always fun! Professionally, I am a critical care nurse. About: I used to have a Shih-tzu named Eris who was a very sweet girl with lots of energy. I currently look after a French Bulldog from time to time who I absolutely love. I like working with small dogs/lap dogs but I can work with bigger dogs too. I work from home, and I have plenty of time to play with your dog or take them on walks. I spend most of my day ar my desk, and I would welcome the extra encouragement to go outside and take the dog for a walk. I live with two other family members who love dogs, so your dog will never go without attention. If your dog is small, then I will happily let them sit on my bed while I work, and I'll reach over to give them pets whenever they want. Larger dogs are welcome to lie in a dog bed by my desk, or downstairs on the couch with me.

About: I have had dogs since birth. My most recent girl passed away a year ago, but I am very experienced with both care and training. I am a nurse who started Rover due to being in between jobs because of my own ongoing medical care. Currently I am employed, but had too much fun on Rover! A Shetland Sheepdog named Shelby, and we still have our Nala bear with us who is a rescue mix, and we have had her since I was a junior in high school. I've branched out over the years. I used to volunteer at special equestrians, taking care of the horses and their stalls. My first job out of high school was at a pet store. I provided care to all the animals even down to the mice. I administered medications orally, cleaned their living spaces, and fed them. I own a fish tank, and I used to own a bearded dragon. I have provided cat care as well. She has been so considerate of my pup’s needs, such as slowing down after she resumed walking her after my pup recovered from injuring her hip. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
