About: Pets have always been an important part of my life, and caring for them is something I truly enjoy. Over the years, I've cared for my own cats and dogs as well as pets belonging to family, friends, neighbors, and Rover clients. Each pet has their own personality and routine, and I take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you're away. I have experience caring for puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs as well as kittens and adult cats. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I'm happy to provide the care they need. I'm comfortable administering oral medications and injections when needed, and I always pay close attention to each pet's behavior, appetite, and overall well-being. My goal is to provide dependable, loving care while giving you peace of mind that your pets are in good hands. I currently offer House Sitting, Drop-In Visits, and Dog Walking. My schedule is flexible, and I do my best to accommodate booking requests whenever possible. House Sitting: My house sitting service is designed for pets who are comfortable being left alone between visits. During the day, I typically visit every 4 hours to provide potty breaks, meals, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and plenty of attention. If you'd like overnight care, overnight stays (10:00 PM–8:00 AM) are available as a $40/night add-on through Rover. If your pet has unique needs or a different routine, please let me know before booking so we can discuss the best care plan. Your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I treat every pet with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own, and I care for your home with the utmost respect. I carefully follow your pet's established routine, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special care instructions. My goal is to provide consistent, dependable care while helping your pet feel comfortable in their familiar environment. Safety is at the heart of every visit. I never leave dogs unattended outdoors, even in securely fenced yards. Whether we're outside for a potty break, playtime, or enjoying the fresh air, I remain with your pet at all times to ensure they're safe. Communication is important to me, so you'll receive regular updates and photos throughout your booking. If I notice anything out of the ordinary or have any concerns, I'll contact you promptly. To ensure we're the right fit, I recommend scheduling a Meet & Greet before every first booking. During this time, we'll review your pet's routine, discuss any medical or behavioral needs, and answer any questions you may have. For transparency and the comfort of everyone involved, I ask that clients disclose any indoor cameras before the booking begins. Cameras are welcome in common areas for home security, but they should never be placed in bathrooms or sleeping areas where privacy is expected.

About: What sets me apart is the level of care, patience, and attention I give every animal as if they were my own. I have hands-on experience caring for pets through managing homes and vacation rentals, along with volunteering for animal shelters and farms in Wisconsin, where I worked with animals of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I’m comfortable with senior pets, shy or anxious animals, administering basic routines, and keeping pets on a consistent schedule. I’m very detail-oriented, dependable, and communicative, so pet parents always know their animals are safe, loved, and well cared for while they’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and manage my own schedule, which gives me a lot of flexibility and availability throughout the day. I’m able to provide consistent attention, walks, playtime, feeding schedules, potty breaks, and companionship instead of pets being left alone for long periods. I genuinely enjoy being around animals, so caring for them feels like a rewarding part of my routine rather than just a job. I also keep my schedule organized and communicate well with pet parents so they always feel informed and comfortable while they’re away. I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. In a client’s home, I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and household instructions carefully while giving pets plenty of attention, playtime, affection, and supervision. I also make sure the home stays clean, secure, and well cared for while owners are away. Because I work from home and manage my own schedule, I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, companionship, and check-ins throughout the day instead of pets being left alone for long periods. I have experience with animals of different temperaments through volunteering with animal shelters and farms in Wisconsin, so I’m comfortable caring for energetic pets, shy animals, and senior pets that may need extra patience and attention.

About: I lived with and took care of two dogs for two years with a partner. Both were Bernedoodles; one was an adult and the other was a 9-weeks old puppy when we first got him. In addition, I have fostered a kitten with my sister for 4 months. Some traits I have that make me suitable for pet care are that I am reliable, punctual, and can follow instructions well. I am an orchestral violinist and Oxford academic, so my schedule is flexible and varies week to week. I am typically available for dog walking in the mornings and afternoons, 7 days a week. I offer dog walking services where I travel to the dog's home and walk the dog in their neighborhood, respecting the dog's autonomy by letting them lead the way and choose the route, within safe boundaries.

About: I used to have a Shih-tzu named Eris who was a very sweet girl with lots of energy. I currently look after a French Bulldog from time to time who I absolutely love. I like working with small dogs/lap dogs but I can work with bigger dogs too. I work from home, and I have plenty of time to play with your dog or take them on walks. I spend most of my day ar my desk, and I would welcome the extra encouragement to go outside and take the dog for a walk. I live with two other family members who love dogs, so your dog will never go without attention. If your dog is small, then I will happily let them sit on my bed while I work, and I'll reach over to give them pets whenever they want. Larger dogs are welcome to lie in a dog bed by my desk, or downstairs on the couch with me.

She is trustworthy, reliable and takes good care of my dog for his afternoon walks while I'm at work by tracking his potty habits, treats and refills bowl with fresh water. We are very happy to have found her. It's such a relief knowing that our dog is well taken care.

About: I have always had a strong love for animals and enjoy being around them. I currently have a bunny, a dog, and a bird, and I have also cared for many reptiles in the past. I have experience working with dogs at a dog daycare, where I helped care for, feed, bathe, play with, and give attention to the dogs. Animals genuinely make me happy, and I love spending time with them and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Animals are a big part of our everyday routine! We love spending time with our dogs by taking them on walks, playing with them, giving them lots of attention, and of course, plenty of cuddles. We make sure our pets get the care, exercise, and love they need throughout the day, and we really enjoy making them feel happy, comfortable, and part of our family. I always prioritize pets’ safety and comfort by keeping a close eye on them, following their routines and instructions, using leashes when needed, making sure they have fresh water, and keeping their environment clean and secure.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
