“What can I say… Kim did an incredible job with drop in visits this past week for our kitties Peanut and Milo. She is calm, patient, caring, and reliable. Extremely reliable!!! We were away on vacation when a huge snowstorm hit, and Kim made a plan to ensure she could care for Peanut and Milo. Milo also had some special medical needs, including diabetes, and she did great with administering his insulin and meds. Kim is an excellent communicator. She is patient and friendly. About: I used to have a Shih-tzu named Eris who was a very sweet girl with lots of energy. I currently look after a French Bulldog from time to time who I absolutely love. I like working with small dogs/lap dogs but I can work with bigger dogs too. I work from home, and I have plenty of time to play with your dog or take them on walks. I spend most of my day ar my desk, and I would welcome the extra encouragement to go outside and take the dog for a walk. I live with two other family members who love dogs, so your dog will never go without attention. If your dog is small, then I will happily let them sit on my bed while I work, and I'll reach over to give them pets whenever they want. Larger dogs are welcome to lie in a dog bed by my desk, or downstairs on the couch with me.

About: I’ve been an animal rescuer since childhood, and have raised my children (12-20) to do the same. My most recent official role in animal care and rescue has been via fostering dogs and cats through the Morris Animal Refuge in Philadelphia. Unofficially, I have been a proud dog mama for 11 years, and cat mama off and on since childhood. My resident doggo Patches is a proud foster father, and is comfortable with dogs and cats of all ages. If you have a pup or cat that could use a cuddle buddy while you are away, Patches is your guy. I do have a particular aversion to cricket feeding, but we can make it work with super worms lol I do not know much about fish or amphibian care, but I am open to learning. It’s gets a little lonely in here 😊 I unfortunately do have a disability that impacts the right side of my body. Because of this, I am nervous about larger dogs that jump often (not just excited hellos), or who have strong prey drives and could potentially drag me on a walk. My dog Patches (50lbs) is walked with a gentle lead harness to keep things safe for both of us. I can handle dogs his size - or a bit larger - who do not jump, or who are low energy and would prefer to hang in the backyard rather than taking longer walks. I’m ready and willing to take care of your dog as if they were part of my family. I was born and raised in North Wales, PA and have been providing pet care to my community since I have been able to walk around the block by myself! I have always had family dogs of my own. A Shetland Sheepdog named Shelby, and we still have our Nala bear with us who is a rescue mix, and we have had her since I was a junior in high school. I've branched out over the years. I used to volunteer at special equestrians, taking care of the horses and their stalls. My first job out of high school was at a pet store. I provided care to all the animals even down to the mice. I administered medications orally, cleaned their living spaces, and fed them. I own a fish tank, and I used to own a bearded dragon. I have provided cat care as well. “Andrew and Jacklynn are amazing dog sitters. They watched our Stella for a second time over the Thanksgiving holiday for 4 nights/5 days. When I dropped her off outside their home, she immediately ran up to them tail wagging, excited to be seeing them again. She was also excited to have a dog pal in Rocky. When she is there, I can tell she is treated like family from the photos. Fantastic communication throughout and Stella came home happy. They also did a great job with her medicine. “I don't know why it took me so long to post this review. Tyler was absolutely amazing with my dog, Austin! I had originally booked Austin with Tyler for one week but due to housing issues I had to extend his stay. I actually had to extend Austin's stay a few times and Tyler was always happy and willing to house Austin for as long as we needed. Tyler let me come visit Austin periodically since I missed him so much, and every time I visited Austin looked great and seemed truly happy there. I will 10/10 rebook with Tyler! I am forever grateful for Tyler's help throughout that difficult time and highly recommend using him for whatever length of stay your pup or kitty needs.”
