About: I've had dogs and cats in my house practically my entire life and have had the opportunity to watch friends' pets on multiple occasions. I have now been a part of the Rover Community for about 3 years. I am comfortable walking dogs, feeding and bathing and cleaning up after pets, as needed. I have a full-time job working 7 hours/day Monday-Friday so I am only available for weekend sitting services, unless your pet can be alone for long periods of time. Please feel free to reach out with any questions/concerns. I am available for house sitting, drop-ins, and dog walking in client's home after 3pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. These would include potty breaks, feeding, walking and bathing client's pets as needed. I am willing to stay overnight as well. I can not watch pets at my own house as my own cat does not do well with other animals.

About: I have been pet sitting animals in homes for about 10 years. I enjoy walking with them, playing and snuggles! I ensure waste is cleaned up and feeding schedules are maintained. I also keep your home clean and maintained while you’re away! I currently work full time M-F so weekend work is preferable, I am also available after 330pm most weekdays. I can be in your home with your pets on weekends, full time, beginning Friday late afternoon.That being said I can house sit during the week, just keep in mind I work full time and therefor able to hang out with your pets before and after work. I provide care in your home where your pet is most comfortable. I follow feeding schedules closely, provide playtime and snuggles and also enjoy walking when caring for dogs. Additionally I also make sure to keep communication open, should I notice something out of the ordinary or just want to share a moment or photo! I am sure to respect your home during my stay, in return I ask the respect is reciprocated by providing a safe, clean environment and open communication.

About: I’ve dog sat and house sat for friends before and they have trusted me with their house and animals, generally for 1 week but sometimes for longer or shorter. I take very good care of the home and animals, listen to instructions careful and apply those instructions in order to be helpful. I will always be upfront and honest with everyone and I always communicate well. I currently work as a full time server at Texas Roadhouse and live by myself. I am not married nor have any kids yet so it’s just me. My schedule is pretty flexible in the morning to early afternoon due to having to serve at night generally. I don’t mind coming in to help before and after work. I don’t have any pets in my own home because I can’t due to landlord rules but I grew up with animals throughout my whole life. I play with the animals if they want to play, pet them, feed them when they need to be fed, take them on walks (dogs), just have fun with them!
About: I have been a pet owner my entire life, always having two or more animals inside my home to love and care for. I gravitate to animals and connect with them on a deep level. Animals deserve all the love and care in the world, and what better way to provide for them! I currently work full time, but I work four, ten hour days (Tuesday through Friday). About: I have been a lifelong lover of all animals in every shape, size, and species! I grew up with a dog and cat and now I have my own dog and 3 cats! I did long term pet sitting for two years while in college and now I’m ready to return full time! Animals have always been my passion in life so I cannot wait to meet yours! About: I’ve loved animals since I was a kid. My partner Jacob and I have 3 yorkies, a cat, a mini pig, and hedgehogs. We have experience with reptiles and arachnids as well. We love all critters, no matter the species! Our home is quite large, with space to give shy animals some quiet time if need be, but we also have no qualms with sharing our beds or couches if your pets want to snuggle up. Our yard is fully fenced, and our animals are always monitored when outdoors. Rest assured, we will treat your babies like our own! I work from home, and have the luxury of creating my own schedule on a daily basis. As such, I’m able to spend as much time as I need to with your babies. My large backyard is fully fenced. Outdoor time is always monitored personally, even if it’s raining. We have three yorkies in our home, and a mini pig who stays outside (except during the winter). We allow animals on our furniture, if they want to join us, or they can lounge where they’re comfortable. We have enough space to keep animals separated in different rooms if the client requests it.
About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for dogs with very different breeds, personalities, energy levels, ages, and needs. I’ve grown up around pit bulls and retrievers and am currently a proud Chiweenie owner. One thing I’ve learned from caring for dogs is that understanding their behavior is just as important as feeding them and taking them for walks. I’ve had experience recognizing when a dog is frightened or overstimulated and giving them the space and reassurance they need. For example, when my childhood dog became overwhelmed after a stressful interaction, I took him somewhere quiet so he could calm down. During thunderstorms and fireworks, when he would tremble with fear, I would bring him somewhere comfortable and stay with him until he settled. I’m also the person at family gatherings who naturally ends up keeping an eye on the dogs—making sure they’re getting enough exercise and attention while also making sure younger kids give them appropriate space and treat them respectfully. I’m comfortable with walks, playtime, bathing, and overnight care. I enjoy both tiring out an energetic dog and providing a calm presence for a nervous one. I’ve also cared for cats and generally find that they warm up to me pretty quickly. Most importantly, I will enjoy taking the time to learn your pet’s individual personality, routines, and boundaries. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re with me. I am available throughout the day. I wake up early and care for my own dog before 8 AM every day. I can come by whenever is needed or stick around if that is preferred! I start by taking any instruction from you to heart regarding your pet's personality and habits. Outside of that, I generally would like to start by having a joint meeting between me, your furry friend, and their best friend: you! That way, they can establish a level of trust for when I come by on my own. I follow the routine that you would like me to follow while remaining alert to your pet in the present, just like with my own pup.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
