About: Hello! I’m a long time pet lover and house sitter (of my own place) I have interacted with many pets of my friends and worked at animal shelters. My experience with pets starts in high school when I volunteered at the local animal shelter cleaning out kennels, grooming and playing with cats and dogs. I then graduated to being a pet auntie for my friends animals and then pet sitting for various clients. I love pets, they are adorable and I can’t wait until I can have my own! Until then, I guess I’ll just pet sit…. I work from home on most days, so my schedule is flexible enough to allow me to look after pets such as spending quality time, potty breaks, exercising via walks and playing with cat toys. When I care for pets in their home, I take care to read all of the instructions and look after the home. This can include administering medications, accommodating different diets and walking styles (such as the slow walkers, the sniffers, the neighborhood watchers). I make sure to leave the home the way I found it because that is what I would like if I was the pet parent.

Today, I have two pit bull mixes that join me on hiking adventures throughout the year, and I even harness-trained my kitten for outdoor adventures. I am currently a wedding photographer in off season and have pretty good availability during the week for pet sitting. I typically work weekends but with enough notice and special occasions I'm flexible. I have one high energy dog and one older dog. So daily walks are a must. Sometimes separate and sometimes together. Our walks are typically 1 to 2 miles. I have two friendly dogs at home but I do have smaller home and a husband with allergies. So in my own home would probably be a case by case basis. As for other people's home's I'm flexible and respectful of house rules.

About: I’ve taken care of pets of all kinds since I was a teenager. Dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles. I’ve worked in veterinary clinics, so I know how to care for seniors as well as special needs pets. I can also administer medications as needed. I work early mornings until 3pm, so I am available late afternoon and all evening to care for your babies. I’m available all day Friday and Saturday. I would prefer to care for your pet at your home. But I’m willing to make exceptions for small dogs to have them stay in my home. They would be crated while I am away.
