Communication: I'm a helicopter doggy-mom and Samantha was responding to all the messages regarding to feeding, sleep/comfort, and daily activities. The communications were clear and prompt, also Samantha sent pictures, where I could see how comfy/happy Cici was. 3. Feeding & sleeping time: Samantha well communicated about Cici's eating time/habits and funny events with food. (Cici is only 8 lbs, but she eats like a trucker).
