“Dear Samantha, Thanks so much for loving Cici so much. My Cici is an 8lb mini-pinch and 18+ years old. Cici usually has good /bad days, she can't barely see and has some type of dementia. Samantha is a 10*. I don't have enough words to thank her, however here is a small list: 1. Schedule: She picked up / dropped off Cici on time. 2. Communication: I'm a helicopter doggy-mom and Samantha was responding to all the messages regarding to feeding, sleep/comfort, and daily activities. The communications were clear and prompt, also Samantha sent pictures, where I could see how comfy/happy Cici was. 3. Feeding & sleeping time: Samantha well communicated about Cici's eating time/habits and funny events with food. (Cici is only 8 lbs, but she eats like a trucker).
